Acumenpanel Avis 

Im waiting some weeks for my two rewards. Despite sending countless email with no replys or explanation about the. delays .

i have been doing surveys with acumen panel for 9 years now.it can take a while to accumulate points but they all add up.i find the allgifts vouchers very easy to use locally.i have only really had one problem but this was sorted out immediately when i contacted conor ,most of the surveys are interesting and easy to navigate through.i look forward to many more years with them.

After using acumenpanel.ie for a few months, answering the very few surveys they send out by email, one day I could not login to my account so I contacted them and was told my account was deleted because some of my answers were similar to others. That is a strange response from a survey company. They only give out Allgift cards and take a long time to process them. As far as survey website go, acumenpanel.ie is not a pleasant one from a user experience point of view.

Acumen panel offers you surveys, product testings and online interviews at random times. You can earn a lot from simple tasks like product testing and online interviews. Support is really good. Conor the manager won't always respond to you but behind he is working hard to resolve your case

I've been doing surveys a while now and have earned about €200. It does take a long time to accumulate enough to get a payout but it all adds up eventually. I find them handy to do them when your waiting around.
I had a problem with vouchers arriving but it was quickly resolved.

I’ve spent a lot of time completing surveys with Acumen, earning over €30 in points, and my account was suddenly locked. I only have one account and have followed all the rules, yet support has been completely unhelpful. I specifically contacted Conor, who offered no real assistance.

I’ve now reported Acumen to the CCPC because this feels entirely unfair — if a company asks for people’s time, they should honour the rewards promised. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Acumen.

One of the best survey sites out there. Hard to get surveys directly with them but when you do and you qualify, the payment is good. Their surveys are interesting and never too long!
Why do we get acumen surveys in other apps tho when your app is completely dry?

This survey company are a joke. When you do some of the surveys you don't get the points that are owed to you and when you email Conor sometimes you could send 3 or 4 emails before he replies back and tells you that you have been awarded your points when you know you haven't and then you end up sending a loads of proof before he then replies there is a bit of a delay with the points for some of the surveys. I'm blue in the face emailing him all the time looking for the points that are owed to me. I'm still waiting on 200 and 300 points from 2 different surveys that I done a few weeks ago. It's not worth the hassle. Having to keep track of all the points and taking screen shots and sending emails etc to prove you haven't gotten the points you are owed. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

Their surveys are easy to do and quick points payment which can be redeemed for store vouchers.
