Acurro went above and beyond - Best customer service!!
Acurro went above and beyond regarding my order.
I had an issue with a switch not working upon set up. I was quite frustrated and sent them an email asking what we can do to rectify this issue. They got back to me very quickly, offered me a refund or replacement with no questions asked.
They then called me after asking for my permission, I had a chat with a really friendly and genuine person and when I explained I bought a new switch and rectified the issue, they compensated me for the part and apologised again and went above and beyond.
The compassion at this company is very rare, they are a genuine business who deserve more customers! I will buy all my printers from them in the future!

I've bought a number of printers from…
I've bought a number of printers from Acurro this year and I have to say the service has been flawless. The deliveries are quick and always on time, customer services have been amazing at keeping me informed and I will certainly use them again. Even after taking delivery of a faulty printer (no fault of Acurro but the manufacturer) they arranged the pick up and replacement immediately with no questions asked. Superb service all round.

Excellent all round experience from purchase to delivery & they were the best price for the Creality CR10s
Also excellent after care service, I had a part break on the extruder arm and they offered to send me one out but I decided just to upgrade it for the metal one.
Would definitely purchase from Acurro again and I passed the details on to a friend who also purchased his machine from here.

Very good machine overall
Very good machine overall, apart from the filament feed, fouls with the Z drive machine screw and the filament spool is in the wrong place to give a decent smooth feed. The slicer does not produce accurate sized prints, I use mine for prototyping, even after adjusting the horizontal compensation I cannot get consistent accurate sizing across the whole print. However after using other slicing software, I have very good results and I am generally very happy with the machine

Cheapest Elegoo Mars 3 I could find, also had a 10% off coupon so really good price overall. Shipping was extremely fast as printer arrived next day. Would certainly buy from these guys again!

Next day delivery and arrived in pristine condition, plus by far the best price ive seen for the printer (mars 3). Do note though, I didn't have any interaction with their customer support so can't comment on that.

First Printer Purchase
Buying my first 3d printer was a challenging experience. It took me a long while to settle on a brand I had some confidence in, then longer still to choose a model. That done, I chose the Creality Ender 6, I then had to find a seller. After much searching I found Acurro. Reviews were good and pricing was best in class. The item was delivered earlier than expected by two days. Everything was in the box. It worked fine first time out. Many thanks, Creality and Acurro.
