Bought a pair of DwOTS Zing on 17th July 2025. right earpiece stopped working, stopped getting charged in the case. was working in the beginning, but since i don't use earphones frequently, was able to identify the issue only 3 months later.
25th Oct 2025 raised the issue with customer care, uploaded videos of the product not working. got pickup arranged.
Received replacement on 9th November 2025, again exact same issue, right ear phones wont work/get charged. Uploaded another video on 19th November 2025.
again defect was acknowledged. It's 9th Jaunary 2026 still don't have a working pair of earphones 6 months after paying for it!!!
customer care's solution: we'll send you a 3rd pair of exact same model. no refund. no selecting different model. SAME MODEL, no assurance that 3rd time will be a charm...
wasted HOURS talking to customer care almost 10 times in 6 months. they'll argue with you, they'll cut the call on your face (sice they can't cut customer call in toll free customer care number, Sr. executive called from regular cell phone)
you want drama for 6 months and hours wated for a pair of Rs. 1,500 earphones? this is the brand for you... it is such a SHAME that they use Sunil Chhetri's image to sell this garbage product
P.S. to get an idea of what a scam this brand is. go to their wesite's customer reviews page... click on 5 & 4 star reviews and those will be displayed... try clicking on 3 stars and below...

its as if the same guy wrote the reviews, and changed a few words just to make sure it wasn't a word to word copy... full of fake reviews... 1 lakh 5 & 4 star reviews... i dont eve think they sold those many units!!!
