Put my Dior watch in for a “spruce” up as it was getting tired looking, picked up today and OMG it’s like new !!
So chuffed and great value for money. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone to take care with their valuable watches.

I have used Adams Watch Specialist Ltd…
I have used Adams Watch Specialist Ltd to replace the energy cell and service my two Citizen EcoDrive watches. I have found the service offered to be exceptional with a 24 hour turn around and frequent updates including the return postage tracking number. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring a watch to be serviced.

Excellent communication and fair value
Excellent communication at every stage of the process from assessment to repair. Nick provided clear and concise options for my repair without trying to emphasise any particular one. Fair value for the work undertaken - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him

Seiko watch service
Took my fathers Seiko into this shop to get it serviced after years of heavy wear and tear. Expecting only a fresh glass face, battery and a general clean, the watch came out looking as if it was just out the box! Every part of the watch was carefully serviced and despite the poor condition it came in, the watch was out the shop inside of an hour - I’m so pleased, such a fair price for the high quality of work that went into the service

Watch repair.
I initially engaged online with ‘Nick’ to whom I explained the issue with my watch. He was very helpful with a likely diagnosis and solution with cost. I submitted my watch for repair by post. Throughout the process communication was first class; prompt and clear. The watch has been repaired like new. The process from sending to receipt was 5 days. A great service and has my recommendation for quality and professionalism.
