From start to finish we received excellent service. From George arranging delivery through to the driver on the day they were excellent. I unfortunately didn’t get the drivers name but he made sure everything was as we wanted and went above and beyond to position our container.

Brought a used container from…
Brought a used container from adaptainer and paid extra to have it sprayed. It's condition is very poor. Sprayed over flaking paint so that's a waste of money, side and end covered in large dents and the floor is made up of numerous bits of plywood some with heavy oil staining and alot of their fixing screws sticking up so rips the bottom out of boxes. I would never buy from this company again. Be warned. Emailed the company and you guessed it,no reply.

Once we decided we needed a 20ft container, Adaptainer were great, the rental price is extremely competitive and the paperwork quick and straightforward to complete. A week later our new container was being delivered. The actual siting of the container was fast and precise, the truck driver had the container off his trailer and on the ground within 10 minutes of arrival. Top work Adaptainer.

As a small local independent charity, we had a need for 2 bespoke containers for part of a expansion project, which required many different needs and aspects to make them work for us and the staff were brilliant and rose to the challenge and helped us make this happen with plans and a great price. 1st class from initial enquiry to delivery on site.

This email serves as a formal complaint. For your information, I have also forwarded copies to my solicitors and await your response.
To summarize the issue:
I purchased two 20' containers, which were scheduled for delivery on February 6th, 2025. However, I received a call from the sales representative, Chloe, who informed me that the delivery would not take place and asked if I would like to cancel the order. Our conversation was recorded. I agreed to the cancellation at that time. Subsequently, I was contacted by Victoria, who informed me that I would incur a cancellation charge, which I find confusing and unjustifiable. I expressed my preference to receive the delivery instead, should that be the alternative. At no point did I formally cancel the order.
I am concerned that I may have been misled during my interactions with both Chloe and Victoria. As seen in the email trail, I repeatedly requested updates on the timing of the delivery. I kindly ask that you investigate this matter and provide clarification.

Thank you for your feedback. Your completed delivery questionnaire stated there were no site access restrictions. When you then contacted us again just 24 hours before delivery with photos showing significant access limitations, it became clear the booked sideloader couldn't physically complete the delivery as needed. We recommended cancellation to protect you from higher costs of an attempted but failed delivery. We don't apply a delivery cancellation charge if the information provided on the form is correct, or if a customer cancels delivery with enough notice. Throughout our 35+ year history, we've maintained consistent delivery policies that ensure fairness for all customers. We're always available to discuss your specific situation directly if you have any questions about our standard procedures.

I was nervous making my first purchase of 4 containers, but everything went smoothly start to finish.
The email communication was excellent, purchasing online was simple and the containers themselves were as described - in excellent condition. I was even able to reschedule the delivery without any hassle and have every confidence buying from them again in the future.

The only place to go for containers
I just want to start off by saying what a great experience I’ve had dealing with the company.
It’s not like I buy shipping containers everyday and everyone from adaptainers have been great.
The delivery the other day couldn’t have gone any smoother. The 2 guys that delivered (Jacob and Nath) were great.
If I ever need another container or know of anyone wanting one I’ll be sure to send them your way.
