Car rental in Vienna form addcar
The service from addcar was excellent,on time, everything was smooth. Communication with their representative through WhatsApp was very convenient. Car was in good shape, clean and ready with gas. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went smoothly and I corresponded with the contact person Dusan for every question. He was very nice, tolerant, caring, and professionally explained the terms of the agreement when we met with him at the airport. The only thing I wasn't so happy about was the cleaning of the car. Although each company has its own rules, in order for the customer to be satisfied, I would recommend including the cleaning of the car in the payment and that it not be applied to the customer. Another thing is that full insurance on the car is very, very expensive and with all the desire, not everyone can afford to pay such an expensive amount.

1 Meet & greet at airport is convenience
2 Staff is friendly
3 The car is as expected
Dislike:
*** You took €2000 deposit from my credit card rather than hold credit. After returning the car, you return same € to the credit card. Due exchange rate, there was a difference of near €80 which is almost 10% of the rental I lost. This is so expensive.
2. it would be better to have full tank of fuel when collect the car.
3. The car had various warning light on during the rental which made us very worried about its safety.
