Scam artist. Do not use this company. Once they have your card details, they will take your money from your bank.

Beware - After you book your flight you will receive an urgent email to contact them stating you ordered a stand by flight. They can switch to non standby flight, at a higher rate then ordering direct through the airline.
Save your time and money purchase flights somewhere else!

Total scam. Tried to book me standby. Wouldn't listen to me tell them to cancel and quit trying to co e up with alternatives. I finally hung up and froze my credit card. Sounded like an overseas call center, broken English.

This site is a scam!!!!!I booked a flight and never received an email to confirm the tickets once my card been charged. I called the number listed on the website and of course they don't have people who speak English spoke to George and lied and said he couldn't find my information with the reservation number, so I asked to speak to a supervisor that when it changed I have you right here, but we need $1600 extra on top of the $400 that they charged my card that crazy when flight are starting at $400-$500 to go to NY from Austin you really crazy to think I going to allow you to charge some crazy price Luck I was able to dispute my charge on my card for my $$400 back...I ADVISE DONT BOOK!!

Horrible customer service! Don’t book with them absolutely! The website shows u have 24 hours to cancel then they ask u to send 20$ fee cancellation fee per passenger! And u can only pay that with zelle?! TOTAL SCAM!!!

This was my first time using the site and all though I was very spectical about everything Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole process.

This site is a scam I booked a flight and the next day received a email and phone call from a person called "george". It should be noted that that I already received an email from addontrip.com saying all the flight info. When we spoke to "george" we were told that we had only purchased a stand by ticket. He then proceeded to try to get us tom agree to change and purchase a ticket that was $900 more. After saying NO and arguing he then found a flight for only $600 more. After a few more minutes of arguing he then found a flight that was only $300 more . At this point he was becoming very argumentative. I refused to pay and he told me that the only option I had was to give him the $300 or he would have to cancel the seat or Delta would call me a no show and keep the dollars. All of a sudden he offered a credit and told me that Delta would not give a refund After speaking to a supervisor I was hung up on. When I tried to call back no one would answer the phone. I was never issued a refund and never heard anything from Delta or Addontrip. This site is a con.

ADDONTRIP.COM IS A SCAM

I saw the flight prices from addontrip, I decided to purchase a roundtrip flight. I got a call from addontrip saying what I payed was only a holding space, eventhough the email I was sent said the opposite, and that I owed double the amount I had paid. They will not refund me although their website says they will in 24 hours (which it is still wihtin that window). They will only give me flight credit through the airline. It has been several hours and they did not give my flight credit through the airline and I am still down houndreds of dollars and no fligh !!!

Be careful!!!! I reported Addontrip!
I booked a flight with Delta offered thru Addontrip and received an email for the booked flight from Addontrip. The confirmation from Delta never came. I called Addontrip the next day and Jeff offered another flight with another price! Jeff was very unpleasant, rude, and impolite, 'Jeff' claimed he had a copy of the email Delta had sent to me but denied forwarding it to me. Delta denied later that they had sent me an email Addontrip show that they have ticket at lower prices which do not exist and the confirmation will never come making you to contact them about the confirmation. Jeff said the seat was not available anymore and offered a much higher price with another airline. When I denied to accept the offer he become extremely rude! He meant I must pay for the ticket and they will charge me for it. Delta did not found any reservation request from Addontrip in my name or any request from Addontrip.
