Very good price and delivery was fine. I ordered two storage ottomans, and the larger one was not the design/color I ordered although it came with the correct top. So now I know why the price was so good. I kept the mismatched ottoman because I can still store things in it and it wasn't worth the hassle of returning, but I won't shop here again.

No response from them about a return. Called and emailed. Contacted BBB to complain. Finally got resolved. Apparently this has happened to other people.

I have purchased many picture frames from this company and I have never had a problem. The frames arrived well packaged and look just as they do on their website. Happy with purchase.

I bought two decorative metal picture frames. The prior reviews warned about opening the back to place pictures in; thin metal that could break easily. Also warned that the frame may not be flat against the wall. No problem, used Velcro (like you can use in dorm rooms) to hold it down in place. I just love this beautiful addition to my living room.

I ordered two chairs and a table and the table never came . After many attempts to contact Adeco,they finally returned my phone call and said the table was not included. I have the original ad with the table included. This was a long process and the customer service was not trained or professional.

The barstools I ordered are better than expected. The price could not be beat. The style and finish was just what I wanted to complete my new kitchen.

First time around I received the wrong item, but overall customer service was awesome to deal with and super responsive! Very happy with the company at the end of the day and would buy from them again definitely.

The chairs I ordered looked exactly like the picture and I received them within 2 days of ordering! No complaints.

I ordered a two-sided wall clock from Adeco. The cost was half of other sites offering the same clock, and free delivery.

Sent me broken frame and never replied to my return request.

I really love these frames (we ordered four). They arrived in excellent condition and look fantastic on our wall. The only problem we had is that the backing for the middle section was difficult to put back in after placing the pictures due to the backing being ever so slightly too big. However, that was only on two of them, so I suspect they had an issue in manufacturing a specific batch.

Overall, I would certainly order these again if the need arose!

I ordered 4 chairs and 2 were in bad condition. They were replaced quickly but one of the new chairs had a broken leg. I had to contact them again to replace the chair with the broken leg and they had closed my account and i wasn't able to get a hold of them. I had to file a dispute with the company in order to contact them. Once that happened they were very quick to resolve the issue and I got my 4 chairs.

Item I ordered was true to the description. Fast delivery I would order from them again
