Thankyou for your review.Sadly there was a delay due to a backorder which we expedited as quick as we could We do note you order had been marked hold until complete so in future we are always happy to ship what we have by unticking the hold until complete box if that assists but appreciate the comment on service which we pride ourselves on :)

Top shelf service but poor product
Service from staff was top shelf. A shame that the product was below par. We bought 50x250ml PLA tumbler bio cups. We struggled to get them apart and when we did, found that most had an uneven base so kept falling over.

Good range of products; great service; prompt, courteous delivery right to the stationery cupboard door!; friendly follow-up when requested; welcome treat of free sweets for the office. ADS is our regular supplier of stationery and we've no need to look elsewhere.
