VERY disappointed! Jewelry is cheap costume jewelry and doesn't match the photos at all. Mine came with missing gems or a different colour. Some were downright gaudy and I will never wear them. I did like one ring and a set of earrings, but they also didn't match the website photos. When I tried to return the items, they offered new items as replacements for free instead. I decided that was the easier route and chose items that I didn't think they could screw up. The new items had a chipped gem, and the earring clasps were weak. My daughter lost one within a week. Buyer beware here. They also took a very long time to arrive as they were shipped on a slow boat from China. I asked the company about that, and they gave me a song and dance.

I ordered 2 bags but when they arrived they did not suit me. Parcelled up straight away and returned to the address on website!!! It was a London address and company are telling me i cannot receive a refund unless they are returned to China. How can I do that when they have been sent to London???
Very polite replies to my e.mails but they are refusing to refund my £89 and not addressing my problem. This is very poor customer service so my review is poor I'm afraid.
I am now contacting my credit card company about this for some help.

Ocean's Oath Necklace . The product I got didn’t resemble the designed collections that reflected the commitment to slow fashion, craftsmanship, and soul of the Adeline Jewelry. The note from Ardeline said they are not mass-produced pieces. They are handcrafted with purpose—shaped by hand, guided by vision, and meant to move with you through life’s milestones. That’s exactly what I was looking for. Thats not what I got. I t was cheap dollar store jewelry. The necklace and earrings were made of blue cheap plastic, no silver details on the waves! so disappointing! I would say a fair price would be maybe a couple of dollars at the dollar store. I am sure i still would not of worn them. Really cheap quality.

This is mass produced dollar store jewelry from china posing as a handmade boutique in Toronto. Items are crap, takes forever to get here, passes through customs,.and no refunds are homoured. Don't buy
