What a fabulous company to do business with! Excellent customer service from everyone we came into contact with from our first enquiry, order, fitting and after sales - this is by far the most important quality in our opinion for any business to have, and they provided competitive pricing too! We had all our windows, side door, patio door and front door replaced and we really can’t fault them at all, and wholeheartedly recommend Admiral Home Improvements.

From the moment that we decided to use Admiral Home Improvements to make and fit our custom double glazed windows, until the moment the fitters came ( in the pouring rain) and installed them, we have been extremely happy with every aspect of the process. The communication from them has been fantastic, the actual windows are amazing, and the guys who installed the windows did a fantastic job in horrible conditions, freezing cold, torrential rain and very windy! We highly recommend this company if you want a 1st Class service at a very competitive price! Absolutely brilliant!

I recently had a new door fitted, and wanted to share my experience from the beginning. The process was smooth and professional. I applied for a quotation and appreciated that there was no pressure or hassle to commit to the job.

I was able to visit the showroom where everything was clearly explained, including the cost options and timings. All staff were polite, helpful and took the time to guide me through the choices. They didn't just go along with what I initially thought I wanted, but instead it explained why certain options might not work and offered better alternatives.
On the day of installation, the contractor was friendly pleasant and worked tidily. He cleaned up after himself thoroughly and responded to all my questions with professionalism and care.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service and would happily recommend Admiral to others.

From sales to measure, order & fit the team at Admiral were helpful and professional. Helpful & knowledgeable guidance on design and colour for our large windows & front door from Markeese. millimeter perfect measuring & advice by Jay, professional and experienced fitters by Nick and Andy and follow up by Macca. With so many window companies in the local area sometimes it can be hard to choose, but so glad we went with Admiral.

Quality product & excellent service

Admiral replaced all windows and cladding at the front of my house. They went to some lengths to ensure that we agreed on what I wanted and that is what they delivered. I am very pleased with the end result and would give 5 stars for that.
However...the day the workmen finished, they cleared up, got ready to leave, came and thanked me for coffees etc. and were off, with no offer to wait while I looked over the work to ensure that all was satisfactory. Their vans had hardly left my road when I received an email from Admiral with the final invoice, telling me that the money was now due. I had not even had a chance to look at the work.
Afterwards, I noticed a small crack in the corner of one of the units. I took photos of it and submitted them in answer to the email asking for payment. In response, I was told that this had been reported, a new unit had been ordered and would be fitted asap, which it was a week later. This was the first acknowledgement of it. The fitters who had put the unit in had made no mention to me of the crack, nor was there any mention of it in the e-mail asking for payment. This left just a slight doubt about what would have happened if I had not noticed it, or had only noticed it some time later. A pity that otherwise good work was spoilt by this.

The work completed was amazing. Friendly team. Cleared up afterwards. 100% satisfied from start to finish. Would recommend Admiral Home Improvements.
