Adore Fashion Avis 42

Bought a few nice items previously, and this recent purchase was not of the same quality as the previous ones - sizing was not the same as a small I have previously purchased on this site. I cannot return or exchange, as the website is not responding to returns or exchanges. Poor way to do business! Emailed with zero response. Never going to try again with this company! Brutal customer service!

Bought some shoes. They came and were a bad knockoff in plastic and not leather as advertised. When I contacted them got some polite but 'conmen' type responses. Eventually I applied for Card chargeback. The shoes I had returned were never collected from China Post only to be returned to me. They are scammers!! Don't touch.

They sent me the wrong item. But instead of replacing it, they expected me to send it back with my own money to get a refund. It was their mistake but I am guilty for some reason. They do not stand by accepted good business practices. They are totally dishonest. Do not deal with them. The same people run quite a few websites with the same goods, each website has the same format.

My husband’s size is L. The shirt sent in this size was way too small. The refund offer is false advertising. I was offered 50% towards a new shirt, not a return or refund as publicised.
The new shirt is too big. Adore Fashion’s sizes are incorrect. Their return/refund advertised offer was not honoured, therefore false.

A complete sham in my opinion ion. My "full refund" was $66.00 out of $156.00.
Untransparent company.
Clothes weren't as per description either in size or garment.

Polite person or robot answering queries. Offering to help etc.

The two pairs of shoes I bought looked the same as on the website, but they did not have enough arch support for me and they slopped off my heels at the back. When I wrote and asked for a refund, I was told I had to cover the shipping costs back to Asia, which would amount to between $50 - 80NZ. Even though the Adore website states that buyers have to cover the shipping costs for returned goods, it doesn't state anywhere that the products have to be shipped back to Asia. There is no 'full disclosure'. For this reason, I would not buy anything else from this website.

Just received my Mirielle waterproof autum boots. They look like a good solid boot in the pics and are advertised as leather with danish wool insert but dont have a label saying genuine leather or wool. Overall a very light, cheap boit, more like a slipper weight and a narrow fit. Would suggest ordering 2 sizes bigger unless you have a thin foot. Not impressed for the price and havent heard back about return or refund.

I ordered a pair of Orthopedic sandals which were supposed to be leather and looked great in the images online. I ordered size 39. So when they arrived the sizing is more like a 37EU as my foot overhangs at the back and there is nothing "orthopedic" or "leather" about them. My first purchase and my last. Don't be fooled by the images.

Purchased item was cheap but does not work- purchased 8TB portable SSD external hard drive. Plugging it in, it shows 8TB of disc space.... but when I copied data over to it, the copying process seems to be working, but no files are actually written.
Good value if it worked; wasted money as it doesn't and I can't seem to find any formal route to return the item.

No updates from time order placed until delivery. No way to track shipping. Shipping updated once delivered. Product received of no resemblance to the picture or description on the website. Website states leather lined with wool. The product is a thin synthetic wool lining and the shoe is a very poor quality leather. I don’t even think it is leather! Flimsy and overpriced. Extremely disappointed and I would not trust this site!!! If the shipping costs to return were not so expensive, I would request a refund.

This is temu quality. If you want quality Adore Fashion is NOT the store to buy from.

don't buy from this site, product(in this case shoes) were not the same as the picture, cheap knock off and then I contacted them via their main contact email twice with no response so I email another contact email of theirs and had responses but they first offered me 20% refund or a full refund in means of a voucher to be used online. then upped the percentage to 30% refund or a full cash refund (because I asked) but you have to pay shipping to china which is expensive so I opted begrudgingly to the percentage refund. ($20 out of $67) so either way you lose out on money.

Order a jacket, the jacket picture looks luxurious what I got was a cheap and nasty jacket imitation missing parts of main item.

They have purposely waited until after 30 days to respond to my email about a refund to avoid refunding me.

totally not the product in the photos, complete rip off! super low quality, wouldn't even pay $10 for the shoes I recieved. Wish I had seen more reviews. Realised theres not even a way to leave a review on the website. Scam!

What was ordered was a cheap knock off. Didn’t even look closely to what was ordered. Also made out of cheap shiny material.
They try to offer you a tiny refund (20%) or a voucher for the store.
I would not recommend purchasing from Adore Fashion to anyone.

I ordered a product and without my confirmation they cancelled it. Now I'm chasing them for my order/ refund.

I purchased orthopaedic sandals when they arrived they were definately not what was advertised.
I wrote to company to return they offered me $5% of purchase price and keep sandals. I rejected this offer then offer of $20% from purchase price and this went on. A total breach of their return policy.
I think they are rogues. I would never buy from them again
A learning for me to be more careful stick to NZ made

Do not buy, quality is rubbish, not as advertised and you won't get a full refund when you contact them about it.
