Took my boyfriend for a helicopter ride for his birthday. It was awesome. Pilot was well trained and knowledgeable. We had an amazing experience. Highly recommend to do the Coast and City tour .

Jeff has been amazing in helping us book rides for a large group of people! He was coordinating back and forth with the operators and responded promptly to our calls and requests. Very professional customer service, thank you!

Very shady! Ifly had no problem cancelling but couldn't because it accidentally went through Adrenaline, they make you think you are on the Ifly website. The Ifly even said they do not like Adrenaline and alot of their customers have trouble with them. If theyre going to do the 3rd party thing, why not be open and let customers they are a 3rd party? Why not have professional customer service? Why not be up front ? Why not allow cancellations when the actual business allows it? If they did, I'd be looking on their website for other fun things. But now, from this shady experience, they seem like a scam, shady business. I called for over an hour before anyone would answer, then the guy was very unprofessional and said he'd call me back after he got home. Then I called several times and got through to a lady that said she was on break. She at first said shed have to talk to her manager, then she said have Ifly email them, when I pushed and out right asked if they were going to refund me she said no. They could've said that on their website or at the very least when I first called. Very unprofessional and shady. Absolutely seems like a scam.

Very impressed with the level of customer service received from Adrenalin! Jeff listened to my concerns, brought them to a manager and had a solution that was agreeable within a matter of a couple of hours. Great to see this level of customer service in this day and age.

Called in last minute for a New Year’s Eve helicopter tour over NYC and Jeff took the initiative of calling the vendor directly to ensure I got the last spot of the year. He was more excited than I was to have delivered on a big ask. So happy with this company and will definitely book in the future. Thank you, Jeff, for our little Christmas miracle!

Paradoxical review. Because of the Hamas atrocities against Israel I was unable to make my trip to the States as planned. Despite this Adrelinine were most forthcoming in refunding my prepaid reservation with no hesitation. That is service!

I accidentally booked our flight for the wrong day & customer service (Brendan) went above & beyond to accommodate us same day.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but people should be warned. Adrenaline booked an experience for me today (for later this month) but I then found out there is a premium package available only through the actual experience supplier. Adrenaline would not give me a refund so that I could get the premium package (although the adrenaline rep on the phone was lovely and it isn’t her fault). Ironically, the experience supplier provides refunds for direct bookings up to 24 hours before day of experience, so booking through adrenaline is a disadvantage on many levels (e.g., I’d be much worse off if I couldn’t go at all and it wasn’t about getting the premium package not offered through adrenaline). Adrenaline makes it seem like they are the experience supplier, but they are just a third party vendor getting tix through the supplier and taking a skim. Folks are MUCH better off going directly to the actual supplier (or at least an intermediary that gives refunds, which almost all of them do but adrenaline does not).

I booked 2 experiences through Adrenaline.com for our recent San Diego trip. One was a helicopter flight and the other was an L-39 Albatross jet fighter flight. Adrenaline.com made everything happen quickly and seamlessly. While the jet fighter flight booking was a little more detailed, I spoke with multiple reps at Adrenaline on a few occasions. They answered all questions promptly and were very kind and friendly.

I highly recommend their services to expedite booking these adventures and will 1000% use them again.

The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone even considering it. Well worth the money. We are looking forward to do it again soon! The pilot Billy was just as awesome and made our ride completely enjoyable!

The helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon was a thrill! The pilot was very personable and informative. The check in, safety training, and loading of the helicopter was well coordinated by helpful by staff.
I accidentally payed twice for our trip. The administrative staff was very patient and understanding with me and worked diligently to straighten out my mess.
