We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Our system is designed to send out four notifications with every order to keep you updated: one at the time of purchase, another when your order has shipped (including the tracking number), a message when the order is on its way, and a final notification once it's delivered. There may have been an issue with the notifications. It may be worth to whitelist our email as well to prevent emails going to the spam folder. Most recently, internet providers have implemented additional spam firewalls that can further prevent email deliveries.
Regarding the slow delivery time, we have a 3-5 business days window; however, it mostly depends on the USPS carrier. Your order was shipped the day after it was received. We appreciate your feedback and value your opinion. We will review our processes to ensure we can avoid these issues in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
