This app has improved over the past few months. I used to have difficulty using the discount code feature. I still find it a bit challenging to manipulate the cart but the last time I placed an order it was better. I also received the product quicker.

Our customer updated the review to 3 stars. After several weeks of trying to reach the USPS center, as of today, the initial shipment remains lost with USPS. Adrenalogix has sent a replacement AdrenaFem to our customer.
Although shipping has been affected by multiple events (from pandemic to civil unrest lately) that has affected timely delivery, we remain committed to providing outstanding customer service to all of our clients, regardless of the circumstances

We understand the frustration and inconvenience that this delay may have caused.
It is very unfortunate that you have chosen to give the store 1 star/negative feedback on something that is out of our control (SHIPPING). You informed us that the 'item is in your city for days, but internally USPS still doesn't have an update'.
We promptly communicated with the carrier and followed our protocol as soon as we were notified of your concern. Unfortunately, no carrier is offering a guaranteed delivery during those uncertain times.
This is the official response on your particular package when we contacted USPS:
"Tracking Number 940013620639464628XXXX is associated with a currently open case. Please allow 3 business days for your inquiry to be resolved.
If more than 3 business days have passed, please contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-ASK-USPS for further assistance."
And packages get lost, not due to our fault but we always make things right for our clients.
Also, we want to thank you for your understanding as we navigate these challenging times.

I love all of the products I have purchased from Dr Edwards. I have been using them for three years. After having my hormones tested every six months my cortisol levels have finally moved to the correct range due to the Adrenafem. The probiotics are the very best. No refrigeration needed! Love that!

I find such good products from this store and one of my personal favorites is the MochaNRG DF protein bar. I was searching for the perfect bar with low sugar, high protein, and FLAVOR which was difficult to find at my local grocery store but these bars have it all, they taste so good! All of my products come within a couple of business days and are always well packaged. Highly recommend their products!
