Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Adreno. After receiving the incorrect mask, I followed up multiple times via email and phone, only to have my calls go unanswered or time out. Even when I contacted the Southport store, I was shocked to learn that their staff rely on the same customer service line, leaving them just as stuck on hold as customers.

After countless attempts, I finally managed to speak with someone who quickly recognized my situation without me even providing my name, which made it clear they were already aware of the issue. Yet nothing had been done to resolve it until I called yet again. Why did it take me chasing this up repeatedly to finally get a resolution?

While they eventually arranged for me to pick up the correct mask from a local store, I never received a follow-up email with an apology or any explanation for the poor handling of the situation. The lack of proactive communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

As a local diver who has often recommended Adreno to new and experienced divers alike, I’m incredibly disappointed. After such a negative experience, I won’t be shopping with Adreno again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others moving forward.

Poor Quality Clothes

Unable to leave review on site. Material is very low quality & construction of dress poor. Size not true. I’ve purchased cheaper dresses locally in Aus that look & fit better. Would not recommend wasting your money on this site.

Refuse to stop spamming me.

For 2 or three years now I have repeatedly received advertising spam via SMS, despite first of all never consenting, but also repeated calling, pleading, opting out.... I don't know what else I can do to stop these people from harassing me. I have had it!
I will now report, as this is if fact illegal.

Avoid at all costs…

They can't wait to get you the items but if there is an issue forget it. Can't wait to hand ball you off. Don't believe the returns policy on the web site. Trying to contact them impossible. Called, emailed nothing till finally went to social media. Got a response but it wasn't a good one. Do yourself a favour don't buy anything from these guys especially if you live in a rural area and it is online. Sizing advertised is not correct and then you have to fork out the huge postage costs if you want to return while they keep the profits.

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff. They taught my kids how to set their own rubbers on their spear guns and when my eldest boy (14) really wanted one of the heavily discounted fin sets which was on boxing day sale, they managed to source a set from their Perth store (we are in Sydney and we're at the Sydney store where they had only a single fin in his size).

Zero stars. Average customer service handling a faulty purchase.

Purchased a wetsuit which was discounted. Tore first time putting on, clear fault, probably why it was discounted- now being put through the ringer with 'returning to the manufacturer for assesment', 'we dont have any more stock'

I am your customer - not rip curls, don't hide behind your supplier.

I wont be purchasing or recommending this business, seemingly good prices, but they are probably selling factory 'seconds' - expect the old service treatment with these guys - not the Customer first approach other stores will offer, my mistake looking for a discount.

I will update this thread with the actions, its 2022, look after your customer, I thought I had found a great new supplier- not the case at all.
