Very please with my bracelet, it came with tissue a little net bag and a box, which was nice if you were giving as a gift and a hand written note thanking me for my purchase, lovely touch. Delivery was within the stated time. I will definitely use again.

This is the email I sent to you over a week ago and as yet, have had no reply!

To whom this may concern,
With reference to the above which I have been given for Valentine's Day. On removing one of the earrings from the piece of card, it just snapped apart. I feel compelled to say that I am very disappointed in how flimsy they are.
I am aware that in normal circumstances earrings cannot be returned but I am hoping in this instance, especially as they never made it to my ear lobe, that you will be able to refund my money.
