Tina at the Easley, SC branch
Tina at the Easley, SC location is a wonderful employee. She has great customer service skills. I had an issue with my money being sent to a different account, and she went way above and beyond her duties by calling customer service, and then calling the bank that received my money by mistake for me.
She could have just told me I had to call around myself, and then come back, but no she went the extra mile to make sure everything got handled for me. She also did a follow up to check on my situation. I was very impressed with the service I received from this wonderful employee.

Johnny is great!
As always, I received outstanding service from the Advance America in Easley SC. Johnny and his new employee Maria were extremely helpful. They were very persistent in obtaining the loan that I desparately needed.
My only complaint is your Website. I am no longer able to log into it. I trust that you will help me solve that problem.

William R. Manning
