My experience doing business with the wonderful ladies at the hawthorne location was amazing they all welcomed me with smiles and great conversation and made me feel comfortable with giving me knowledge on how everything works! I dont know what it is but if I do not speak with Ivan in person it is just another feeling. there is a young African-American lady in that branch too who is very helpful and smart but the other ones are "okay" . I dont think they are doing anything wrong, I just feel that Ivan recognizes returning customers like me and includes them in the family. Sometimes we are in need (I am disabled and I did not ask for it, so it is a very hard time of my life) a bit of empathy would be nice and sometimes we may not meet the deadlines and ask for a week more. Be flexible. I used to manage five star hotels for a living, for me customer was all and that, made me successful and gave me an impeccable reputation around the World. Kudos to Ivan, as always , the other ones need to understand their customers. Regardless, I loan and I pay. Thank you for all.
