Positive Interpersonal communication by site staff at Lakeport location

She was very helpful and pleasant like a sister in the truth an imitator of Jesus. I don't expect people doing secular work to be so righteous.

This company helps me out so much because getting my loan from them after paying all my bills helps so much. The workers from the Lakeport office are so awesome best customer service. And if I have to extend a day they work with me no problem you guys are the best 💖

These two ladies are always welcoming vary nice I love coming here .

You, have me a lot I am a cancer patient and I need all your help, cost so much, even with insurance.

Great site. Sign on & your money is deposited in your account quickly & painlessly. Ladies in the store are always so helpful. They always have a smile. Go in..do the paperwork..get your money & your out..15 - 20 minute process..

We have been a customer for over 3 years now. Kat at the Lakeport branch has always been helpful and informative. She gets a 10 from us.

However, the one problem we've had was recent. January 24th 2020 we took out a $200 loan as usual, and on the 26th of January the amount of the loan and the interest, $235.12 was taken out of our account. We thought that $35.12 for a four day loan was unfair. Usually we repay the 19th and the 25th.

Other than that we love your services. The loan was made by a different worker than Kat. Thank you. Michaela Snider

The store in Lakeport California is the best the girls are very helpful and kind, they take that extra minute to know there customers I don't even mind driving 40 minutes to get there.

The process at this location is fast and easy!! The staff is pleasant and very professional!!

Very friendly and kind. The staff is very easy to talk too.

There can be but one overriding reason to repeat the use of any business that is responsible for handling my hard earned money. That would be my confidence in the said handling of my hard earned money. The successful repetition of the details and claims in our contractual agreements. This is essentially a two part business landscape. One describes the intended actions, the second explains the executor’s responsibility.
I return to Advance for one overriding reason. That the counter employees, specifically “Cat” and “Mary,” have w/o fail executed the agreed claims described in the contract between parties involved flawlessly, thereby establishing the ultimate trust I, the client, expects from the supplier, Advanced.
Thank you for asking, another reason I return as your client, time and time again.

I would like to say that Advance America has always been very efficient in taking care of my needs when it comes to a Payday loan . The young lady that helps me is always a joy to do business with . I believe her name is Kat . She has always got a smile on her face and a friendly but professional attitude about her. Kat makes the loan transaction go smooth . As for the company itself it is making my life easier with the fact I can get a loan from them and take a little stress off my shoulders . Thank you Advance America and thank you Kat .
