Advance America - Menifee - 30145 Antelope Rd., Ste. 103 Avis

My experience went well, took a little longer than expected because of the no WiFi available at that location.

Mary is simply amazing, friendly, and helpful. Always feel like family when we walk in and they greet us by our first name! That is always a big plus for me! The simplicity of getting a loan online is nice but it is always nicer to have a conversation with good people. Thank you

Staff are always courteous and pleasant. Never a long wait.

Professional, fast and efficient!.

I just needed some cash to hold me over for a week or so and this was the perfect solution. The person that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Having the loan come directly out of my account was very convenient because I am currently out of the state. Thank you for your help when I needed it. I recommend your services to anyone who needs some quick cash and can pay it off quickly. Thanks again!

Fantastic customer service! Easy transaction!

The clerk that I applied the loan with which was also the manager not only was she rude and disrespect full but she also falsified information she entered in order for me not to recieve a loan
I didn't know she had authority to how much amount I could receive. And had the power to enter information regarding my loan altered to the way she wanted this is the worst place to get a loan I am attempting to contact a attorney as we speak because I know what she did was completely illegal

I'm always satisfied with the top notch service every time I come in. Keep up the good work! 👍🏾

Excellent service and help when you need it!!

The girls at the store in Menifee are all wonderful!!!

I cant begin to say how grateful I am for these ladies at this Menifee location.I am a senior with low income and had issues for cash .They help me show so much compassion to me.

everyone is always so nice. the only problem is I was told I could pay off the loan every month as much as I wanted like $20 or so until I paid it off.

I'm greeted by name, the Associate knows about me personally and the lending process is fast and efficient .

Great customer service fast process when I needed it most.

It was a great and easy experience had me in and out ! Helped me with what I needed and got it done also very friendly .

I was so satisfied with the customer service. I was late on my previous payment and was worried about being approved for another loan. They were very forgiving and helped me with another loan. Great customer service!!!

I'm older than dirt so I'm slowly fine tuning my understanding of the new online payday loan service. Twice I've made some mistakes which caused me to go in person to get assistance with my problems and twice I've been treated, not like the old codger I am, but as a valued customer. This last episode, Mary, very quickly took care of my problem. In today's climate, wonderful customer service is a rarity. Thanks!

Very efficient and fast, Thank you.
