Some of the metal cups have some weird sticky substances that smells foul and can't be watched away no matter what you use. It's as if its oozing out of the metal itself.

Delivery times are just ridiculous. Say 5-10 days with expidiated delivery. But been waiting over a month for my latest delivery. The order before that was 3 weeks. Would not recommend if a company can't deliver on shipping promises.

Supplements provide as advertised. Taste is severely lacking and powder does not mix well, delivery was 5 days late and packaging was damaged. Do not recommend.

Product tastes like raw feces , was delivered 3 weeks late customer service all but non existant.

Absolutely terrible, I started their subscriptions and after 1-2 months of being a long delievery time they now they've taken money out of my account 2 days before the actual monthly date and fast forward 3 weeks the order hasn't even been made. It just says "Payment made" and thats it, no email saying its on its way no update on their website side of things and not even a shop order which is the payment/delivery system I use for this "product"

I have been drinking ADV for years now and only had the occasional issue. Sometimes jars would break open in shipping and eventually support would come back and send a replacement.
However recently I've received shakers broken and did not hear back from support for over a month.
But perhaps the worst thing is the recent relaunch of Lemonade has RUINED my other shaker cups. My cups that used to be translucent white are now all stained yellow. Support refuses to acknowledge the issue and have begun deleting user reviews on their website that are under 4 stars.

I pre-ordered some stuff (about 100 dollars worth) at the beginning of July. It's now September 20th, 9 weeks after I ordered it and 3 weeks after the latest date they said it would arrive on the page, and I still have not received my order. The only updates i've gotten from them is when i've personally reached out to them, rather then them updating customers when there's an expected delay.

Focus and energy all produced the same strong flavor of multi vitamins grind into a power with artificial colors. The caffeine is weaker than coffee and all the special names with their descriptions are unnecessary because you won’t taste them. I tried looking for a premium Kool-Aid and end up with regular non-approved fda supplements.

Disgusting taste and they persecute Christians

Customer support is like nothing keep saying the same thing like he as no clue what really going on .... I order the 3 of July and they haven't ship it yet!! 15 business day 3 f..k..g week to put a container in a box but a label on it and ship it ..... maybe they need to aks amazon a training for is warehouse crew.... ;)

Automated responses to serious inquiries on missing or late package. Overpriced and the amount of times they send email links for reviews before you even get there product is just bad all around. Over 3 weeks now with zero news on if my order was even processed let alone shipped. Since they keep asking me for reviews, here is one. I don't care how good or whatever taste there product has, I never even got it yet. If you are outside of the US I suggest avoiding entirely. Since I still don't know if I just paid 200$ CAD for nothing.

Delivery was on time. The product is very good and satisfied what I wanted.

I asked for more information and I received a pleasant email stating that production began after orders were finished, so I would be notified when my order was coming. I never got that email, but my package arrived anyway, so there isn’t really a problem but the delivery was unexpected.

I like the product i just wish I got some production and shopping updates. There was no communication after I ordered and 3 months later I got my order. Some more updates and transparency would be nice.

I love these supplements, and the shipping was very quick as always.

Great shipping speed, and most flavors are tasty(some have weird after taste). -1 star to no free shipping regardless of amount spent.
