It was quick and easy to do. I got my results in a timely manner. I am hoping it might give me clues to help with my inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis.

Awesome system. So easy to do and the results are just as easy to get and understand.

This offered so much clarity and dead on advice with what to avoid as my kiddo tends to test highly allergic to a lot of things even though he can eat. Making one small at a time!

I was very disappointed with my experience using Advanced Food Intolerance Labs. Based on the results, I have serious doubts about the accuracy and reliability of the test.

Many of the foods the report identified as ones I should avoid are foods I eat every day without any noticeable issues. Even more concerning, the report suggested that dairy products were acceptable for me, despite the fact that I am lactose intolerant. This obvious contradiction made it difficult for me to trust any of the other results.

I purchased this test hoping for meaningful, personalized information, but instead I was left questioning its validity. In my experience, the results did not reflect my real-world symptoms or known dietary intolerances. I cannot recommend this service based on the quality of the testing and the inconsistencies in the report.

Got my results back! I was seriously shocked at the nutrition testing, didn’t know so many foods and things were harming my health overall. If you haven’t considered looking into your biomarkers breakdowns all together, and I mean down to the vitamins n minerals, definitely check it out! I’m off to”balance my diet” for real this time! 😂

Amazing to find out what might be causing gastrointestinal issues. Kind of a bummer to know that a few foods are my daily meals but I’ll definitely try to take those items out of my diet. Thank you for providing this at home test.

Easy to do, quick results, and detailed results. Highly recommend.

Vitamins and minerals were not comparable to recent blood tests. Known sensitivities and allergies were not listed at all, and pretty much all the food I had been eating recently with no problems are said to be the highest level. I have IBS and Ulcerative Colitis, so I manage my diet extensively. I immediately know when something effects my body as I usually have pretty apparent reactions with rashes and such. The upsaling of other tests and supplements really feel disingenuous and is why I feel the most let down. My mother bought this test to help me out and it hurts my heart how she was mislead.
It was easy to to send the hair at least and I waited just over 3 days after they received my hair for my results, so they were prompt in that aspect.
I did notice some differences between my pdf download of the results and the online version. Some vitamins/minerals were listed under avoid in the pdf, but not in the online version. Just some inconsistencies that shouldn't happen.

Got some really good feedback on possible intolerances. The report was quite detailed and was a bit difficult to understand but I tried to focus on the stuff only in red. I would use this service again!

This kit was really great! The instructions were simple and once sent in I received my results in about a week. The results are interesting. When I took a food intolerance test before a few years ago chicken came up as an avoid and now it’s good to go. I love how you can click on each item and read about why you could be having a reaction and then having a plan of action on things you can do to balance yourself is awesome! I highly recommend this kit. It is completely comprehensive and a great way to see how your body is doing from a high level and then implement suggested changes to improve your health.

Excellent experience all around! Sample was easy and results column through quickly. This was a great way to see my current levels on vitamins that I supplement with already. And confirmation of why I just didnt feel well after certain foods without an allergy.

I did this to check what was making my stomach hurt so bad. I learned a lot. For years I blamed my ex for my sons allergies. Well here to find out it was from me. Lol. Some items I had a feeling about just didn't realize how bad they were. Thank you for getting the results fast. This whole thing was fast and easy. And we'll worth it all.

I was very intrigued about how I was doing with my daily food and supplement intake. So I decided to try the test(very simple and painless hair sample).

The kits directions were very easy to follow, and mail in, the turnaround with my report was fast. to be honest some of the foods in level 3 were a surprise.

I'm excited to make some changes and see the affects.
