Very informative.
Instructions were very clear. The prepaid return sticker with the bag to mail back,perfect! Test results came back within a week and the app is very informative. Make sure you look at your lists, check it over see what works for you. Appreciate the suggestions for an alternative choices.

The science they claim is a FARCE
The science they claim to use has never been proven and is a hoax. I told Bobby this and his only response was that they were not a scam. I wanted my $80 ish dollars refunded to be ignored. At the end of the day I found this: The Fraud Risk: In recent years, federal law enforcement (including the U.S. Postal Inspection Service) has cracked down on several mail-in hair allergy testing companies after investigations revealed they were literally fabricating the data and generating random results without running any real tests at all. AND here’s the smoking gun: No Immune Markers: Food allergies and sensitivities are biological, dynamic immune or digestive responses that occur in your gut and blood. They rely on antibodies like IgE or IgG, or digestive enzymes. Dead hair contains absolutely none of these.

Results came back pretty quick
Results came back pretty quick, and i was happy to see pretty much all the seafood options in green. i am a bit confused by what the test detected as red, since i consume those products all the time and have no issues. then again, this isnt meant to be a medical test, so im not expecting 100% accuracy. overall interesting to read about their reasoning.

Very Quick and Easy
Four stars all the way. I'd been having stomach issues for years, but my doctor would not refer me to an allergist. I was told eliminate certain foods and see how your body reacts. The food list of things to avoid were way more than I could have ever expected; however, now I know that I'm not crazy. The process was easy, and the results were ready within a day of them receiving my sample.
It was a great value for the money.

Great!
This was very easy and so simple. I learned a lot about my overall health and even confirmed some of my suspicions about my health and wellness. If you don't like getting blood drawn or allergy patches on the skin, I'd definitely recommend trying this out.

I feel i waisted money
I feel i waisted money, I think it set up for you to buy there supplements. Most of the stuff they told me to stay away from I don’t eat or drink. I don’t drink milk never had and telling me to stop eating cheese. I watched on of the videos and the girl in the video read off some stuff she was told to stay away from and it just so happens I had the same things I was told to stay away from. So no I feel I waisted my money. I have Blood work done every year and I have never been told none of this. Not worth it

Our reports are personalized based on the individual sample submitted, and it's not uncommon for foods that a person rarely consumes—or doesn't consume at all—to appear in the results. Additionally, AFIL is not a blood test and does not measure the same biomarkers as clinical laboratory testing, so the two are not expected to produce the same type of information.
We'd also like to clarify that the supplement recommendations included in the report are optional. There is no requirement to purchase supplements from AFIL, and customers are welcome to use products from any brand they prefer.

No more morning mouth monster.
Having GERD for years and hated waking up each morning with a horrible taste in my mouth, I figured I had nothing to loose. Everything about performing the test and mailing it in was super easy. The results targeted a supplement and 3 foods I ate daily. I stopped immediately and felt results within a week. I can’t stop talking about it to friends and family.

This is so accurate
This is so accurate. My husband is an avid hunter so we eat venison but it turns out I’m allergic! I always felt so sick after eating it. I also found out I’m deficient in copper- which matched all my symptoms. You actually get someone who texts you and reviews your results with you. 10/10 recommend! Such a great value for the price too.
