I was amazed how simple it was to work with this company. First - they really educate you in short simple easy to understand language explaining each step of the process along the way. I was interested in diversifying the metals and they gave me some great advice. The whole process took less than 20 mintues. They handled everything from transferring the money from my IRA and settling the shipping and other fees - which were so much less than I thought. Much cheaper than the fees in a brokerage account! If you have even THOUGHT about buying Gold - JUST CALL THEM. Seriously! I have been hesitating buy gold and that has cost me - but its never too late to make a good decision.

Cannot express how thankful I am with help received from Dane and Stephanie. They went out of their way to help me with a custodial issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start a self directed precious metals IRA.

My AG contact, Charlie, took time to explain to me, in laymen's terms, what we were doing and why.

Using disingenuous marketing, like through the
"My Federal Retirement" newsletter. Offering a
"presentation that can be viewed later", to signing up
and the FAQ's say there is "no recording available".

This tells me there will only be a "hard sell" for their
products and offers.

I will NOT be attending, and will now await the certain
mountain of email sales pitches I will surely receive.

We get enough BS in our everyday lives. This is just
another company adding to the pile.

Be careful people... Learn from your own study, not just blindly trusting a "salesman".
