Myself and around 200 others done in a ponzi scheme sold by Advantage Investment.
Landal Belvedere Developments Ltd fraudulently sold holiday homes through Advantage Investments which did not exist, leaving hundreds of people with their money vanished overnight. This case has been running for 3 years. Advantage do not do their research and will not hold any accountability. They are super pressing, take a step back and if you can avoid these at all costs.

We had a fantastic experience with Advantage Investment when purchasing our very first investment property. As first-time property investors, we naturally had a lot of questions and were unsure of what to expect, but Lin made the whole process feel much easier and more manageable.

From the initial conversations through to completing the purchase, she was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Spoke to Daniel Myatt over the phone to get some more information on one of their properties they were marketing. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Really appreciated his professionalism and would happily recommend him.

I spoke with Lin regarding a property investment opportunity. She was friendly, professional and took the time to explain the proposal clearly. She also sent the requested information promptly and was respectful when I decided that the investment was not suitable for me. A positive experience from a customer service perspective.

Hello folks,

A deal was made by Adam Caldwell property consultant, to forward 5k cashback in November 2024 as he convinced me to pull away from a deal made with RW invest, I lost my deposit and was told advantage would give me the 5k on 10% exchange. I was told this “was a no brainer “ I placed trust in them.

Needless to say, this was not honoured, and after multiple conversations with the director Mr Adam Barnabus Wood, and assurances from an in person meet, this has not been paid. I keep getting told “we have no money”
That in itself should raise alarm bells.

I expect a made up BS response from Advantage, be under no illusions its spoof and waffle to deflect from their position. I am not one for leaving negative reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience since communications have broken.

Just so people are aware, The reply below is a total lie, the 5000 cashback was due on 10 % exchange as per all correspondence I have, also there was no lies from any accountant or issue with getting a mortgage. The issue was the property valuation did not amount to what was in your guided brochure meaning I required 33% LTV from the bank. I wouldn’t expect anything less than that BS from you Adam, and we will be addressing this in court.

Property discussion with Lin

I was looking to invest in Property in Manchester and the UK. Lin shared some suitable locations and helped with the research.

I was not able to complete for outside reasons but Lin was very responsive and helpful.

Lost 12k investment as the company went into liquidation.no signs of any decivery and AI does not kmow what to do.They recommended me to invest in Godwins comany which was already habing troubles.Also property called audley hluse has not completed yet as meant to finish in march 2025.
I request investors to be careful in your investemnt decommended by Advantahe investment as theres only 50% chance you may get any returns..
