Initially, we had doubts about affording the let-to-buy mortgage. However, A Wang’s expertise persuaded us to proceed, and she proved right. Special commendation also to Mark, who worked diligently, staying incredibly responsive and efficient. Our residential mortgage offer arrived in under 5 working days, followed shortly by the buy-to-let one. We're thoroughly impressed and undoubtedly plan to use Advias for future mortgages.
