The lawyer assigned to me went the extra mile to get me the Italian police certificates I requested. When the Italian officials didn't respond to his inquires by email or phone. He went to their office in person, in another city, multiple times. Moreover, he did all that without charging me extra for his time spent other than the fare for the train tickets. Could not ask for a better service.

Tiago is very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the purchase of our property so much easier. It is clear that he is very experienced. However, I would give a 4.5 rating as I do think the response time in communication could have been better at times.
