Customer-friendly and easy to understand, it was straight to the point. Given how good it is, I think when an answer is wrong, it should be explained why the individual's answer was incorrect.

Recertification of HC Provider BLS
I have used this program sponsor for the past 8 or 10 years without any problems. It's an easy and uncomplicated process to follow. The sample videos are a plus once you read through the didactic portion of the presentation.
