We received excellent service from AEDexpert when purchasing replacement items for our community defibrillator. The customer service team called us back promptly when we had a query placing our order, the required items were confirmed as in stock and shipped same day. Items were delivered promptly by UPS within the scheduled 2/3 day time period.

Delay in receipt of product
Order placed on 28-08-2019. Web site implies rapid dispatch but as at 04-09-2019 my defibrillator not arrived and no e-mail information yet received.
I look forward to receiving the product as it has a good reputation.

As mentioned on the website, you are always welcome to contact us for stock availability before placing an order, especially if an item is required more urgently. Customer service is shocking called me to have a go about the review is left don't use the service if you don't want feedback

David Booth, thank you for your feedback, we would have welcomed discussing your concerns with you personally, but you have made no prior attempt to contact us. Defibrillators are not ''made to order'', but as with all types of products, they are produced in bulk, before being distributed to shops and online sellers such as ourselves. Your defibrillator is a new defibrillator, perhaps manufactured in December 2018, it is now only March 2019. The date of manufacture has no bearing whatsoever on the newness, quality or reliability of the defibrillator. I called you out of courtesy, only for the purposes of reassuring you that your warranty starts from the date of purchase, not the date of manufacture of the device.

Good advice received from AED Expert…
Good advice received from AED Expert resulted the purchase of a Zoll +
AED. The process was quick and easy and delivery was as promised. The AED hasn't yet been used (and hope it remains that way) so can't talk about the product.
The Zoll came with a wall cabinet and is now in stu at the local golf club.
