AEON Laser Avis 

Absolutely NO customer support after this company restructured. You can't find support videos and links on their website take you to pages that don't exist anymore. I have two lasers from them. One is a brand new Mira 9 Redline that I waited on for months (I knew I would be waiting and accepted that), but now that I have it, I am completely on my own to set it up. I am having problems with my Mira 7 and have little hope of getting any help. Aeon used to be a great company with great customer support, but now I am very disappointed. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will post negative reviews and "buyers beware" every chance I get. If I could sell the ones I have, I would and I would purchase from a different company (a competitor with RELIABLE customer service--even though the new one will cost me much more money).

Ordered the new Redline, estimated 3-4 months for delivery. Aeon changes some of the configuration causing a delay. I waited 6+ months and no end in sight so I wanted to cancel after I prepaid the entire amount in full. They still charged me a 10% cancellation fee knowing good and well they had plenty of other orders lined up to pass it down the line. Super disappointed and went with Thunder Laser instead. After I cancelled they arrived and are inspection, go figure. I took the 10% hit and moved on. Terrible prepay policy on non-stocked equipment in my opinion.

I have a great experience with AEON. great support great communication with Mia. When I needed a spare part, it was sent immediately and within a few days at home in Slovakia. Aeon is great, I'm glad I chose this brand, which is affordable and excellent :)

I had a pretty bad experience buying a Chinese-brand laser machine years ago. After checking out reviews and such, I thought, why not give it another shot? This MIRA7 completely turned around my view on Chinese-made machines. I must say it has exceeded my expectations! From quality control to lightning-fast speed and outstanding customer service, I'm so happy to have found a company that cares about making good products.
My MIRA7 is already working on its 36th order now. Love my MIRA7!

Ordered a Mira 9 100w in August during their Christmas in July sale, estimated delivery was November. As time passed, delivery was delayed to beginning December to mid December and late December. Received an email today that my laser is being inspected but now the materials that come with the laser will not be shipped with the laser due to it being backordered and wont be shipped out to me until end of January.

I would not recommend purchasing unless you plan to wait about 6+ months from order to delivery. Learn from my mistakes and definitely do not take in any orders until you receive the physical laser.

I am very satisfied with the Aeon company and their machine. Mia is very good support before, during and after the sale. She is very responsive and always ready to find solutions. We bought the Mira5 in 2022 and just bought the Nova10 recently. We have full confidence in them. Thanks again!

I bougt a AEON Nova Elite 14 this year and so far i am super happy with the quality of this product. Sadly there was a transport damage but it was not up to AEON´s fault. But there i get in contact the first time with the good support of AEON. Mia my personal Agent help me out and send the sparepart in a minute per priority mail form shanghai. The quality of the machine seems to be compareable with all the main brands on the market. For now i would deffenetly choose AEON again.

I bought the AEON Mira 9 last year and I am very happy about it. I am very satisfied with the Lasercutter. Especially many thanks to Mia, she's always there for me when I need help, I get an answer immediately. I recommend AEON for everybody 😊

When I first started doing my research on which laser engraving to invest in I was very overwhelmed by all of the different options. I am so happy that I went with the Mira 7 from Aeon and was paired with Mia Fu as my customer service representative. My experience with Mia Fu from the beginning, ordering and shipping, to the end, delivery and setup support was phenomenal. Mia was able to investigate shipping options to my location because it is not a common location and navigate the port delivery and clearance issues I experienced in my country. Additionally, Mia was very patient with me as I navigated working with my first laser machine. The Mira 7 may look intimidating but is a fairly easy machine to navigate. The videos on how to align the machine were very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely purchase another Mira laser engraving machine from Aeon in the near future. I hope to have the opportunity to work with Mia Fu once again.

We are happy to use AEON machines. We have 2 MIRA 7 machines and one MIRA 9. The machines are well made and we have no problems with them. Perfect communication with Zorro Lee who will help with any question. Thank you to the entire AEON team and keep up the quality work.

I am happy with my MIRA 7 machine after 1st year of use. My prior experience has been with Epilogue Mini 24 and Thunder Laser Vega. Compered to these, the design and features of MIRA 7 is on par with Epilogue at half the cost and well ahead of Thunder Laser. It manages to integrate all assist systems in a neat and compact enclosure. It beats Epilogue in terms of software features. Build quality is higher than Thunder Laser and despite some minor issues is also almost on par with Epilogue. Real usable engraving speed is really good, on par with Epilogue and well above what I could get on Thunder Laser Vega machine. Quality doing rapid engraving still lacks a little behind Epilogue but this is down to using standard glass tube instead of RF. Support has been really good and machine has done over 900h by now without needing any alignment or anything else other than a cleaning of lens every now and then.

I have bought mira 9 laser, which was my first laser I bought and AEON support in particular Zuoluo Lee helped me a lot, from first steps to how could I improve my laser to get better performance. I don't usually write review but I think they earned it.

From my initial enquiry, through to delivery customer service was polite, informative and quick. I was nervous about importing such a large item as I had no experience, but Aeon helped every step of the way and eased my fears! The laser itself is fantastic. Needed aligning after its very long journey, but this was easier than I had experienced on other lasers. I am delighted with the results and the overall purchasing experience! Thank you Aeon, and in particular, Whale, who was a pleasure to deal with!

Really happy with my Mira9. This is my second laser, I had a Glowforge pro before this and really happy I made the upgrade. So far they've been super helpful with any issues I've run into or problems I've had.
