I have been using the product now for about 3 months, to be honest, as yet I haven't really seen any improvement, but I will perceivere in the hope things will begin to get better.
I can't fault your product but have been a little surprised in the size of the box the oil comes in, in this day & age when recycling is a high priority can a smaller carton not be found?

Since I’ve been using the olive oil regularly, joint pains are not as severe as they use to be.

My immune system and circulation seem to have improved. I seem to have more energy.

I have been using the Aeons olive oil for some time now, but it has not done anything for me. Also i am fed up of been pestered by sales people trying to get me to order more. This is something i would not expect from a Dr.

I now use Ancient Roots Olive Oil, Golden Harvest Apple Cider Vinegar to which I have recently added Norse Strength Fermented Protein, which I add to my bowl of cereal. After this combination each morning, I feel set up to face the day, with more energy, strength and enthusiasm, than I have hitherto enjoyed and I am very grateful to Dr Sarah Brewer for her guiding me to this position,

I’m Jan, retired and living in a Norfolk market town. I’ve been a lifelong gardener and crafter….for me, a good body/mind balance.
Sadly in retirement, arthritis moved in, currently forcing me to use a mobility scooter for ‘walks’.
I eat sensibly, but have to admit to be a chocoholic, difficult for a T2 diabetic. I cooked with vegetable oil …a better alternative than lard, I thought…but olive oil was a no-no for me, tasting like liquid cardboard.
Whilst online cruising one fortunate day, I came across Sarah’s story and found myself wondering if any olive oil could really taste better…and be beneficial to my health.
I took the plunge, encouraged by Aeons reviews I had subsequently read…..and so happy I did. I started with one bottle, surprised to find that I could drink the recommended dose for arthritis aid, without having to hold my nose. I really liked the small ‘afterburn’…and I happily turned to it for cooking, as my culinary efforts tasted better! Salads came next, tasting much fresher with my own Aeons based dressing, instead of the creamy salad dressing I once used. My arthritis did not disappear but diminished, so I can now walk around NT gardens and bird reserves etc again….relying on my scooter for just the longer ‘walks’.
Then came the biggest revelation, Lemon flavoured Aeons….which I now use exclusively….I’m a total addict! …..huge thanks Sarah, you’ve really helped me.
I did mention I’m a chocoholic, so needless to say Forest Riches is also on my list. It’s great as a drink and also sprinkled on desserts ….and a few savoury ones too!
I’m so very glad I listened to Sarah’s advice for the benefits it has given me…I can only suggest you do too, you won’t regret it.

I am 75 years young and suffer with painful knee joints that I put down to playing rugby in my youth. As a hooker you have seven of your colleagues and eight of the opponents pushing upon you as you try with one leg to sweep the ball back.
I have tried many different things over the years including hyaluronic acid injections to my knees and many more proprietary creams and patches,
in desperation I decided to try ancient roots olive oil.
I was very surprised that after about four weeks I had much greater mobility in my knees, and blessing upon blessings no pain. My initial order of three bottles was quickly followed up by an order for six more. I also took advantage of an offer to buy a further twelve at a discounted price. Whilst the price is quite high it doesn’t approach the £400 I used to pay for injections.
You can always buy a bottle or two to start with and I think you will be pleased to have done so.

I use Ancient roots olive oil and find it does assist in joint pain relief and a little weight lose. I take one desert spoon every morning and the taste and throat buzz is a good start to the day

I am half way through my fourth bottle and have yet to feel any benefits. I bought 12 bottles so I shall use them all, hopeing for success. Wait and see.

I am Jennifer, I live in a village outside Cheltenham called Andoversford. I have been using Ancient Roots for several years and although I have not had the dramatic results that have been described by others it would not be without it. I have it each morning with my breakfast and find that my skin and joints are being kept in good condition and as I am now coming up to 84 I count this as proof that something is keeping me healthy and mobile. I do hope that other ‘oldies’ may be encouraged to try this and would thoroughly recommend Ancient Roots.

I have been using ancient roots for over a month & haven’t noticed any difference whatsoever in pain levels with the arthritis in my ankle or any thing else that aeons claimed. If nothing improves I will be cancelling my subscription.

I have been using Aeons extra virgin oil for over a year now . It has helped with my painful joints , helped my skin and I now have the shine back in
my hair . I started to take it to help with my gut microbiome and for the natural polyphenols with in . I do feel so much better generally. Digestion better too . I am grateful for the offers to buy in bulk too as it is not cheap but is definitely worth purchasing. Thank you Aeons Lyndsay

The ancient roots olive oil and cider vinegar are of good quality, value and a good combination taken together. The recommended salad dressing using both and the other ingredients is excellent on salads and the addition of a teaspoon of Dijon mustard enhances the taste and flavour. Noted that the olive oil is high in polyphenols but no figure given.

I have found my nails are much stronger since taking Aeons oil every morning.

I like the product and will continue using it. What I can do without are the constant sales calls about every other week trying to get me to purchase further bottles and making claims to so-called deals that are apparently on offer. When I made my last purchase I ordered enough to last several months and obviously am not minded to purchase several more that I won't be needing for some time. They do have access to this transaction when they call. They are not even good salespersons and it is obvious that their only objective is a sales commission. You can delete me from their database.

I’ve been using the Ancient roots olive oil for a couple of years now. I tried initially having a tablespoon and found it too strong but did feel the benefits very quickly. It really has helped enormously. I now have it over my poached egg on toast with the Aeons Celtic shores sea salt and it’s delicious. I look forward to my breakfast every morning. My hands and knees are so much better now.

Like many others I suffered with painful joints (mostly hip) and sceptical about trying the olive oil.

Have now been taking it faithfully every morning for 4 months and can honestly say that my quite chronic pain is now at best just an annoying ache.

My wife also now a convert and takes her daily dose.

I have 2 painful arthritic joints - a finger and a toe. In winter when it is damp and cold they throb with pain. Since taking Ancient Roots olive oil daily I have had no pain at all. I was already familiar with the fact that polyphenols reduce inflammation, so I was delighted but not surprised. Inflammation is one of the great evils of our age and I often wonder what less visible inflammation in my body it might be dealing with...?

Ive been using the oil for over 12 month. For me it has helped with my painful knees and my hair and nails seem to be in a much better condition. During the colder weather i put my oil on my porridge and weetabix. Then in the warmer weather i use it on salads and it’s delicious on ice cream. Hopefully it’s doing my heart good. But i do feel better by taking a tablespoon each day.
