I have tried all sorts of creams on my knees. So far I have found nothing to help me. When you advertised your Ancient Roots olive oil I decided to give it a try as I can remember an aunt of mine taking olive oil a very long time ago. I don’t like to take it on its own but I mix it in my porridge in the morning and it is a lovely taste. I have been taking your olive oil for several weeks and my pain has gone now. My mobility is getting better and I can work in my garden.

I am 85 years old and had a triple heart bypass nearly 2 yrs ago. I take my virgin oil every morning. I don’t like oils on my salads etc but this oil I make an effort to take daily and have it delivered to me on a regular basis. I feel that this daily routine helps me keep fit, well and painfree. I manage to keep myself active and go to the gym 2/3 times each week. I feel I manage better than other people younger than myself.

I have been on Ancient Oils for over 12 months and take a tablespoon neat every morning with my breakfast. Several things really. I found the ‘heartfelt’ conviction that comes across with Sarah’s marketing a great motivator. I use regularly the Ancient Roots Olive Oil, and here’s a tip to enjoy it anytime. I use a freshly baked Walnut Parva thinly sliced and dip it into a small bowel containing a generous slug of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar. The combination of flavours is sheer delight. I use it in my salads - as a dressing too.
I think it also has the ability to help with weight loss.
Something Sarah proved to us all in her efforts to lose weight prior to her wedding. The high content of polyphenols is very beneficial too. Cannot pretend I know all the reasons why, but I do feel better for having this special oil in my diet. I use ‘Forest Riches’ everyday in a Smoothie for my breakfast, with yogurt,banana and for protein - Silken Tofu. So I can genuinely say I have felt the benefit of the oil and the Forest Riches.
I am 84 and remain very active, am a widow of one year,
& downsizing - so there is a lot going on in my life at the present moment.

I’m disabled person, due to the side effects of the medication I’ve got insomnia, but nowadays Aeons products help me thrive without sleeping pills. It’s very useful and handy products. YOU SHOULD TRY, take my words it would help you going and going.

I have been drinking Aeons oil for nearly 3 Years now....Started at 64 Years Old. I definitely feel the difference in My joints!..I feel well-oiled inside and not stiff and Cranky like I use to feel..My skin is glowing from inside and the oil did help stave My appetite...Love pouring on salads
....and drizzling on baked potatoes etc....I wouldn't be without it now, and have stuck to the original flavour...Also used on my scalp and hair...when it was thinning...Has grown back now....

The Ancient Roots Extra Virgin Olive Oil is both wonderful and powerful. The difference in my joints is amazing. I still do quite a lot of heavy work so my knees were quite bad but the olive oil tends to keep them pain free.

I was unsure about the claims regarding the benefits of Olive oil. I was aware that there is more poor or bad quality Olive oil on the market and much is not a single Olive grove producer. Some oil is rancid and much is blended. I decided to try Ancient Roots, as the story was quite compelling, given its heritage. That was over 3 years ago and I still take 3 bottles a month. I have tried many Olive oils in search of the right one, but had never found the right one, until I tried ancient Roots. The taste was excellent from the first table spoon full and the quality was obvious. The slight bite at the end, proved that the oil was flooded with Polyphenols, which along with cold pressing, olives grown in volcanic soil,in Italy, makes Ancient roots the best Olive oil I’ve ever tasted. My wife is also now taking it(means there’s less for me) and swears by its power to reduce her aches and pains in her & knees. She never endorses any products usually. It’s an Oil in pursuit of excellence and has found it.

Aeons olive oil has made such a difference to my nails, hair, digestion and general joint aches. I take daily on a green sald and love the taste. If overstocked, customer service are very helpful in making changes. wouldn't be without it.

I find ancient roots vert benificial for my joints, hair, and skin.

About 2 years ago I was suffering terribly with the onset of menopause. We saw an advertisement for your amazing Olive Oil and in desperation thought I would try it. About 2 weeks after starting the Oil I felt a change in myself, to my amazement this feeling continued to grow and then I began taking Total Harmony. What a turn around! My life came back to me, I started to sleep better, relax at last and be my confident self again. I tried a number of top brand olive oils but did not feel any benefit at all. I then did a bit more research and came across Aeons olive oil and tried it for a couple of months.
To my surprise, l started to lose weight by taking 1 tablespoon in the morning with 1 glass of water. I then went for a early 3 mile walk with a coffee stop in the middle. I didn't feel the need for the usual breakfast l used to have and l could go until lunch quite easily.
I also noticed that my arthritis in my thumb and wrist and finger ( due to a previous injury) diminished by approximately 80%.
I've recommended Aeons to 2 of my friends and they've had similar results.
I was really surprised by the results of taking this brand olive oil, a definite game changer for me and my friends.

Can medicine affect the result of the Oil

At first I was very sceptical about all the reviews for this company and, also as I am on a pension, every thing was quite an expense for me. But last year when I went for a blood test I was appalled to notice the withering of my muscles when the strap was applied (which would account for my general weakness) I brought some Norse Strength and within weeks my muscle tone had improved significantly, as had my general strength. I now use weights most days and drink NS mid morning to give me an energy boost. Sometimes adding Creatine and Matcha, although I prefer the taste of NS alone. I also take a spoonful of Aeon’s Olive oil at the beginning of the morning as I’ve found that it eases considerably the arthritis in my knees and has eradicated it in my hand. I certainly notice if I forget to take it. It is also used as a salad dressing and drizzled in soups etc. I haven’t found that it has helped me to lose weight unfortunately!! I am 75 years old and hope to continue maintaining my strength and becoming more pain free in the coming years.

I have been using Ancient Roots for some time now, and I like Gill have seen a difference in my bones as I have had hip and knee surgery and in constant pain. I only wish now it would work wonders in my back.
