Do not use this company they will rip you off. Charged me £179 to supply and fit amplifier box which took 10 minutes and you can buy box over the counter for £18!!!
Even their customer services are a complete waste of time!!!

I didn't realise that this wasn't a local company when I rang them. Arranged a speedy appointment but I found their engineer unpleasant and untidy. First offered a ridiculous, very expensive solution as the only option, then when I declined, fitted an indoor aerial for more than the going rate. He took payment on his machine but said I would receive a receipt in the post; it hasn't arrived.

I foolishly did not read the reviews. Bunch of vagabonds. Do not use.

Quick response to my request, quick appt date - and quick aerial replacement for my 20 yr old one including removal of redundant old cables on the roof. Everything v good, helpful, professional and friendly. I can't believe the 1-star reviews, I think it's some type of trolling.

You have scammed my mum for an aerial for £706. She has dementia and you’ve left her with no money for food. Unluckily for you I work with 300 plus solicitors

I got Aerial services out to fit a brand new satellite dish on my roof ,and after the Aerial guy came off the roof ,he never checked to see if I had any tv channels ,he just wanted paid, it cost me £478.80 ,now I'm stuck with a satellite dish that won't give me any tv channels ,I've sent textes and i never get any replys back ,wouldn't recommend them to anyone, Rubbish service,

This company is dreadful. They said they would give me a free quote? When the engineer arrived he said that he had to complete a diagnostic test first that would be £59.00, but if he went on to do the work I wouldn’t be charged. The test took 2 minutes. He tested old aerial connections that didn’t work. He then quoted me £330 to put a new aerial on my bungalow roof, saying that was the only way I would get the TV to work. I assumed that was what he was doing but in fact he made a 5 minute adjustment to my already installed dish on the wall. He charged me the £330. He then tried to make me pay an extra £125 cash to buy a box from his van. At that point my daughter arrived and found the box on Amazon for £60.00. I am an OAP and know now that I have been totally scammed. My own fault but when you are old you tend to trust people and take their advice. I’ve certainly learnt my lesson.

Aerial services Scotland installed a satellite dish for me and said it was receiving 98% signal ready for when the sky engineer were due to install sky q. When the sky engineers arrived they said why has this been installed as there was no way it could
receive a signal as the dish was pointing straight at 25 feet trees. This was 1 month ago it cost me £750 still waiting for my refund,

Ian was very prompt and competent. He had a thorough look and fixed the problem.

Great service from Tony who diagnosed problem on our old TV which was not repairable. Replaced with new TV and spent time with us to explain the new system.
All done and dusted in 2 and a half hours which included going to get the new TV.

I recently witnessed one of the company's drivers on West End Lane in West Hampstead driving extremely dangerously. I can't speak to their work quality, but I can certainly say that the company driver is a really bad driver. The fact that they've disabled the option to review company jobs on Google says a lot about this company, so please be aware of that!

Not a company I would use again, ever. Overcharged by changing price after work was done. Cost was double ! He said he had to do adjustments. Work had to be redone as well. Avoid.

This father and son team came to us in Prior Park, Bath with 24 hours of our first call. They sorted our problem quickly and we now have great TV reception. They turned up at the agreed time, did a good job for a fair price. I would happily recommend Andy and his son.

Aerial Services Scotland installed an aerial in the loft
this gives a message 'signal too weak' and the screen goes blank. This was pointed out at the installation but the installer said it was due to exceptionally hot weather. That was in July. Subsequent service said it needed an external aerial. Our request, eleven times since then, have given promises but no one has turned up.
Opinion - a very non professional outfit to be avoided.

Engineer first phoned & said he was only coming to quote, when I said it was only a simple job & the company had said he could do it he still seemed reluctant. When he arrived he went upstairs to the TV. All we wanted was a simple removal from bracket of old TV followed by new TV mounted on old bracket then tuned into to sky box and aerial. After he had left we found the TV was mounted at an angle, TV not tuned in & he had told my wife that he didn't fit parts to the TV because " you don't need these". He was gone in under 20 minutes, clearly never wanted to do the job properly & charged us £164 for the pleasure 😡. Use this company at your peril.

Fabulous ariel fitted by a lovely guy clean tidy and took old ariel down with no problem. a perfect picture i would certainly recommend this buisness. And very reasonable priced very happy customer

Fault : SKY Dish ( outside loft room ) to be realigned.

I called Aerial Services ( Monday 7 /3 /22 and was able to arrange a visit for friday 11 /3 /22 around my work schedule for 0800-0900.

James arrived within the time arranged , and discussed work to be carried out. The work was carried out safely , all work areas where left clean & tidy upon completion off works ( where he gained access to roof . )

James realigned dish / checked various Sky channels ( a great quality picture ! ) also he checked my TV , FREEVIEW / German channels briefly .

Aeriial Services carry out proffessional works at a fair price , which is why they are my first point off contact for repairs etc

I emailed Aerial Services and a appointment was made for an engineer to call. on a specific day. He messaged me at 7,14am giving me a time when he would be attending; 1-5pm. I messaged back directly and said I would not be in after 2,30pm as I was going to the theatre. He turned up at my house at approx. 1.45pm and I said I was just getting ready go to go out. I asked if he had read my text but he had not and read it whilst at my house.
I had previously contacted the company and explained I was going out Friday pm and an appointment was made for the following day. I stayed in all following day; cancelling a previous arrangement, but the engineer did not turn up. I contacted the company once again and they promised that someone would come two days later. Once again, I stayed in for much of the day and then received a tele[phone call to say the engineer would not be coming. I told them to forget this appointment.
All I can say is this company say there is no call out charge; perhaps this is because they do not actually turn up!!! Three wasted days for me awaiting an engineer!!¬

difficult to say: It gets a 5 as the TV is now working . It gets a 1 as according to their website it offers a free advice and free call out while the job ended up to be just via the remote to click on the Auto store to access the digital channel. Upon advice i would have been able to do that myself. It gets a 4 as the engineer was friendly and helpful to tell me that my aerial and connection were too old and upgrade one aerial cable for £5.0 . Then it gest a 2 as to change the aerial and one connection cable along the house, he gave a quote of €400.0 plus VAT, which does not seem to compare well with the market. So overall, the TV works and I kick myself that I did not manage to get it working just by using my remote control and ended up to pay £102.0 for a free call not a free advice and a small cable. So the average mark is a low 3 . Furthermore when i called to inquiry about the service , i did ask what would be the estimate , of course subject to the work required, and was clearly told free call, free advice and a quote which I can accept or decline.
