Aerosoles Avis 

i purchased a pair of shoes and they started falling apart after on a few times wearing them. i tried to contact their customer support and have never received a response. very disappointed and will never purchase again. and this is coming from someone who purchase multiples pairs of shoes throughout the year I have tons of them.

I purchased a pair from the Bay. Thinking they would be amazing quality. I have had them since the springtime and of course did not wear them in the summer. I have been wearing them the last couple of months now and the stitching is already coming undone. I am very disappointed as they were not cheap shoes.

I wish I saw this before I purchased:
"I purchased Aerosole shoes online, and they have the worst refund/ return policy. Do not buy from them! If they can't give you your money back & have free returns don't bother. It's just another way of ripping you off. It's a disgrace!"
The product is inferior to what once was a comfortable shoe. made in China and JUNK!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I liked two of the three pairs of shoes that I ordered, however the third, the same style as one of the others was smaller and did not fit the same. It is disappointing that I am not able to do business with a live person. Although I love the Aerosoles brand this will be a deterrent for me to purchase other shoes in the future. Especially when other stores carry this brand.

If you get shoes without issues, these are amazing and quality shoes. However, if you have to deal with the “customer service” aka AI bot “Allison” you are SOL. Very disappointed since these are quite expensive shoes.

I have yet to receive a refund for one of the two pairs of shoes I returned. The three emails I have received back from Aerosole regarding this issue have clearly been AI generated as "Allison" has not addressed the issue.

TERRIBLE customer service.

Bought some shoes that stated that they were true to size. What a lie. I wear a US womens size 8 and they are usually perfect or alightly roomy. Ordered some shoes that stated they were true to size so i got them in an 8. These shoes not only SQUEEZE my feet but they tear up my heel because they are so tight. Not true to size.

I reached out to customer service and they said they could not exchange them because they were final sale. But if it werent for the false advertising on their site, it wouldn't have been a problem. I was just looking for the next size up to exchange.

I had a second order that hadnt shipped yet so I also reached out about upping one of the sizes befire it shipped. They said it was not possible but once they arrived I had options. How do I have options when they wont even di the first exchange?

Terrible company and I was an excited first time customer. I reached out to everyone I recommended them to and told them not to bother.

Crooks and thieves. Aerosoles does not process returns like everyone else. They do not refund shipping and deduct another $10 for no valid reason at all. Do not do business with them. You cannot speak with them by phone and they do not respond to messages submitted online. Horrible company that does not care about customers at all. If this was a larger dollar amount spent, I would contact our Attorney General.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife, it says they're in stock, two days later the order is canceled because they're "out of stock" BUT they still show them in stock online right now!

Last time we shop here, so disappointing.

I agree the customer service is horrible the only way they will allow you to contact them is email and they DO Not respond

Ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago which I never received due to an issue with the carrier. For one, Aerosoles is hard to communicate with as they no longer accept phone calls, you have to fill out an online form and wait for a response. They don’t even have a live chat option where you can actually have a conversation with someone. The shoes never arrived and they provided a refund. The shoes are still in stock in my size so I’m confused why they could not send a replacement (they didn’t even ask). I then sent a message back asking if I can reorder the shoes at the original price I paid. Anytime this has happened with another company they have offered to do this without me even asking. It’s just good customer service. Instead they said no, the promo is over. Obviously it’s over, but i never received my item. I could understand if I wanted to buy a completely unrelated new item, but I am just looking to get the shoes I originally ordered. Very frustrating and poor experience. I won’t be ordering from them again.
