Product and page is a scam. Never recieved product. It's a pure scam page avoif at all cost

Pretty much the same as everyone else, ordered product,led to believe it's an Irish company, but if course it's coming from China. Never arrived, copius emails, no good outcome. Very poor

Placed an order for an Irish product, queried it as soon as I could see it was supposedly coming from China. Item has never arrived. This is a fake and a scam.

Please everyone who has ordered contact your bank or payment provider for a full refund.

Wish I could give 0 star and also wish I read reviews before I purchased!!! Placed an order on the 11th of March and still not received it. Sent many emails with the same reply stating order is in transit from China and they cannot issue a refund!!! This is definitely a scam company!!!!

Never received my order but they were quick enough to take my hard earned money! sending me emails asking how i found my product yet i haven’t got the product ! scam artists and theifs!

Ordered product March 17th 2026 and money taken from my account on March 18th 2026. I have not received my order or any form of acknowledgement. My emails are being ignored yet I am receiving constant emails starting 'Hey Love....' yet my responding to these emails results in a returned message saying unable to reach destination.

I wish I could rate the product but I haven’t received it yet. I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I seen it on instagram and there was a lovely Irish lady demoing it and the wording in the video made me think it was her business that she was getting started. I would never order from instagram but I though support local and small businesses and all that. Now when I check on my order I see it’s meant to be coming from China. I google similar products and they’re more than half the price on Amazon. I feel like such a fool, that was money down the drain, but lesson learned.

I purchased from AEVRAE on March 2nd 2026 , I have not received my order , basically MY MONEY … I have on numerous occasions emailed this “ company “ got the same reply on 2 occasions ,,, , I asked where abouts is my order from the “ tracking number “ and they could not give me an answer ,,only replying that when the order arrives,, I can return it for a refund . I believe this is a SCAM COMPANY AEVERA … so my advice would be to stay clear of it … but I will go the legal route if I don’t get my money back .

This is marketed as an Irish company. It's not. Products ordered 11th march - still not arrived, tracked item in transit from china. Do not order from here - false advertising.

Is it possible to give minus star review? This company has to be called out. My experience is identical to two earlier reviews…product falsely advertised ( not an (Irish company)
I am waiting five weeks and no sign of order. Whenever I query status of delivery the response is prescriptive, repetitive and unhelpful.
Avoid ordering from this company at all costs!

Order from Aevrae and never received my items, emailed to inquire and was told that they are experiencing a high volume of orders, I have still not received my items.

Worst experience ever. Would NEVER recommend them. Placed an order for a present as it is “supposed to be an Irish owned company. Still waiting on delivery. The item is coming from China. Have been in touch on numerous occasions and have never been given a date of arrival. Just it’s in transit. AEVRAE sells by giving misleading information promises all sorts. Delivers on nothing. After being informed the item was for a present I was offered 10% refund,still not one question answered. I refused! Latest 20% refund for an item still not received and they cannot tell me when i will receive it. They can send an app for customers to go search where AEVRAE products whereabouts even though it was paid for and AEVRAE is the one misleading me the customer. Disgraceful service. I have never been so disappointed with a company’s way of looking after their customers. AEVRAE stated Brown Thomas wanted to stock their products, this again is misleading as a store of that calibre would NEVER accept such customer care.
