Angela has been amazing with me throughout this entire scheduling process. I have bad anxiety and have had a vein in my leg swelling up, but seeing my provider and then getting an order for an ultrasound to then make an appointment would take forever! Instead, I was able to skip this and Angela made this process so much smoother and so fast! I would highly recommend these services to anyone. She was so kind to me- which I value highly.

The service I received from Angela, was top notch! I didn’t have to do a thing. She set me up for a teleMed consultation. Found me the best rate for an MRI in my area, and even scheduled my appointment! Her correspondence with me through text was always immediate. If you are on the fence about using this service,for any reason, I can assure you that you’ll be in good hands!

As has already been brought up over and over again here, Angela was not only very helpful, responsive, but also kind in the process of what is already a very stressful situation. I really wasn't sure of the service on the surface as American healthcare is a maze of financial roulette to say the least. She helped put that to rest with a personable manner while securing an appointment with the hour. You can't ask for better than that.

Angela assisted myself in finding the right location for several scans, including a scan that many places do not do. I had an appointment the following day! with all three scans being done in one location! Angela took the time to call round several places for me (I personally could not get through to any I called previous to speaking with Angela). I could not be happy with the level of service and time given to me. Thank you!

Let me start by saying that Angela is one of the best receptionist I have ever came across. Her customer service is unmatched . She is always on top of all your needs. The best part is that she is always available for you ! She will reply and get back to you in minutes how good is that right . Any questions concerns she's there to give you the best of her knowledge. I highly recommend Angela. If I could give her 10 stars 🌟 I would. That's how I felt and feel she deserves. Good job Anglea. Needed an MRI and didn’t know where to go, but Angela was a huge help and did the hard work for me! I’ll admit, I came straight to this review page when I was asked to pay in full at booking, but everything ended up going smoothly and I would definitely trust this company again if I need more imaging.

Angela helped me get everything together in one hour! The process was seamless once I got on my computer to finish the application. I was able to get a referral for the X-ray I needed so fast and an appointment scheduled for the next day. This service saved me so much and I don’t know what I would have done without it.

This company is fantastic to work with, in particular Angela. I had some issues with getting the doctors orders and she accommodated me and all the insanity that accompanied my booking. Thank you for your patience and help getting my scan booked. You’ve made this process so much better and even enjoyed the crazy/ entertaining moments with me. I needed an MRI ASAP and I have Medi cal insurance which is difficult to get anything done. I had gone to the ER for severe knee pain after a sports injury and they would not write the referral for the MRI. I reached out to this company and a woman named Angela texted me right away and got me an MRI appt without the referral the next day. I’m so grateful and now I can get this process moving along faster knowing exactly what’s wrong. Unfortunately it’s an almost completely torn ACL but not having to wait for my dr or insurance to approve the MRI is such a game changer. Thank you so much.

Angela made my experience with booking my MRI so easy!! She found a location close to me and it was very affordable too. She worked with the facility performing the MRI and kept me informed at all times as to exactly what I would need to do next. All instructions were explained very clearly!! Payment was easy, booking my second MRI was a breeze as well. Angela is amazing at her job. Awesome customer service!! Thank you so much!!

Angela found me an MRI for a fraction on my insurer’s negotiated rate. When the facility didn’t gave the availability to see me quickly at a location that was accessible to public transportation (this was key as my calf injury hurts the most when I bend my knee making driving difficult), she went out of her way to find me a different place. The staff were wonderful, the facilities clean and comfortable, and I walked out the door with CD’s and a promise of a 48-hour turnaround on the radiology report, for a fifth of my insurer’s negotiated price at the hospital where my doctor’s office is located! I have a massive deductible so this is huge! Thank you, Angela!
