Afford Rent a Car Avis 

Great as always 👍🏽 I’ve used afford quite a few times over the years but this time I arrived late due to my taxi and staff waited for me past closing time after a quick call to warn them. A few days after returning the van I realised my toolbox was missing and after checking with the friend that had helped me, he remembered leaving it under the passenger seat - I had thought the van was empty after checking the rear because I didn’t realise there was a gap under the seat. I sent an email to afford because it was evening time and received a response as soon as they opened next day to let me know I could call in during opening hours with ID to collect it. Can’t fault them; top customer service, always friendly and helpful so I’ve booked another van again for this weekend to move the last of our stuff!

Smooth pickup, good van perfect for the job

Helpful staff and straightforward booking. Luton van with tail lift made the whole job really easy and it was comfortable to drive on some very long journeys.

The clutch on the van was so hard I ended up returning it 13 hours early because my leg was killing
