I started this process on July 23rd. AFG said it could be 1-7 business days before they would be able to start applying for grants. 2 grants were applied for July 24th. Since, then updates have been regular, and customer service has been great. All questions were answered with no hesitation. Their people seem to know their stuff.

AFG was very quick to reach out and provide information quickly. They answered my questions and set me up quickly. After I submitted the information, they submitted for a grant almost immediately. They have been responsive and quick, I have been very happy so far.
