I appreciated that I dealt with knowledgeable people who were able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process easy. Eric and Cole both took the time to make sure that my concerns were addressed and that I purchased what I would need, without any attempts to try to sell me more. The worst experience ever they lied all the way they don’t inform u that over $480something $ will be given to some ins com for nothing besides the cremation price but they don’t tell u that and to get your refund if pure hell and still trying to get my money back been sending a cancellation letter since July 2nd they said that it takes 3 to 5 days for them to get

There should be some kind of customer online portal to see where I stand with payments sent and still owed. I have had much difficulty chasing someone down to send me the contract paperwork. As it stands they withdrew some money from my account for payment, but only one time, and Im sure I still owe more. I have little confidence in this company that my wishes will be fulfilled It is very difficult for me to contact anyone at any time who. can answer my questions

Great Service, affordable package Plans
My agent was extremely nice, and patient with me.he explained the plans I was interested in hearing about clearly. I had been wanting to purchase a plan, and the one I chose was perfect for me.
Problems with receiving Death Certificates
Over all, the experience was good. However, I never received the death certificates, not the one included with the package price or the 4 extra ones I paid for. I had to go through Vital Statistics to order them and received those in 2 days. Not sure what the problem was with After.com getting them, but after a month of waiting I asked to be refunded for the 4 extra ones I had purchased. Coby tried helping with this, but I finally had to speak to a supervisor who was able to help. I requested the refund on 4-28-25, got the run around until 6-15-25 when the supervisor (Brittany) took care of it. I received the refund the next day. Thank God this is finally over.
The worst experience I ever could have…
The worst experience I ever could have imagined in dealing with a loved one's final rest. The After.com staff couldn't be bothered to respond in a timely fashion with accurate information. They had no sense of urgency, and dragged out the final disposition until I finally went to a local funeral home that was a little more expensive, and well worth the money to have people be responsive, compassionate, and just competent. The money that could have been saved with after.com wasn't worth the hassle and traumatic experience every time I spoke with them.
