I'm so grateful for Jake's assistance with the prepaid service arrangement. He patiently guided me through every document and clearly outlined their simple, transparent offerings. It's such a relief to have everything in place and know who to contact when needed.

I just helped a family member to…

I just helped a family member to research funeral pre-planning and we ended up at After.com. The site clarified everything and let us know what to expect in a matter that made a very hard subject much easier to face. We could browse the selections online, and figure the prices without pressure. The concept of pre-paying for your cremation or funeral service really helps ease your mind about the future. All in all, it seems like a very centerpiece and well run service.

Lies, beware

I contacted them for prices.
The woman gave me a price and said it would include arranging the cremation in America. Meaning any place in America
Ok, there would be an extra charge for outside the United States and to scatter the remains.
ok.
Then she emailed the contract.
I looked it over. What does this $1400 means?
We do not service all the states.
So, I would pay $1895 and get back only $1400.
If i die in most of America.
You Fing lied to me.
Run away from these dirtbags.

Return of loved one

They were very helpful and patient with us in regards to getting our son home from out of state. They kept in touch with us throughout every fase of our journey and after to make sure we had everything we needed and was happy with the results

I recently had the experience of working with Isaac while handling the cremation services for my husband, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his personal attention during this difficult time. Isaac went above and beyond to keep me informed and reassured throughout the entire process. His compassion and dedication made a significant difference in my experience.

In a challenging moment like this, having someone who genuinely cares and provides excellent service is invaluable. I highly recommend Isaac and After.com for anyone seeking compassionate and attentive care during such tough times.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from After.com. In the beginning, things seemed okay, but as things went on it got horrible. It almost felt like they were more focused on getting the business than providing any kind of compassionate service.

The staff were cold and unhelpful, which only made an already difficult time even harder. They didn’t offer the kind of guidance or support we needed during the planning process.

This place has caused nothing but stress. And the last thing we needed was stress added to an already overwhelming situation.
Here’s the summary of our experience -

They received my aunts body from the M.E. And said they needed certain paperwork to get things going. (All of which was given to them within ONE day) My cousin (Aunts daughter) flew in from across country right away to take care of everything. We paid for the viewing package and were hoping to have it done within a couple days. After calling every day checking if we could come down to do viewing, going back and forth, we were told they could do it the 29th - which was maximum time they felt comfortable waiting to do the viewing for decomposing purposes. However they didn’t set a time, just told us to call. (This would have been 13 days after death) We agreed to the 29th & my cousin flew home. She returned the 27th and when the 29th came around we got the run around. They said they were “waiting on paperwork” from the state - but they had already received everything. Then after multiple attempts to contact them throughout the day, we got no response. Which is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Then today, the 30th, we got ahold of them and had to threaten them with police presence & legal action. Then and ONLY THEN, did we get a little cooperation. They said we could do the viewing in another week and a half because they have to do “prep” and they don’t have time right now.
Um WHAT?
It’s been 2 weeks since the death & after constant run arounds- we decided to call other places to pick up my aunt and take our business elsewhere.
Also would like to add that when they would call back, it wasn’t to the main number on file who was taking care of everything . Which would cause another run around.
For example, the main contact (my cousin) called and ask a question & they would say they would call back. But when they did, they would call her daughter instead of her.

This place is a MESS.
DO NOT expect ANY help or compassion going here.

I expected more professionalism and empathy, especially when dealing with such sensitive matters. Unfortunately, this was far from the experience we had. I would not recommend using this funeral home to anyone.

Easy to work with

Ethan explained everything to me and was very patient. I was sick for 3 months so it was kind of difficult to get things organized. Also I was helping an elderly woman who is a bit difficult lol. He got us both situated and paperwork explained filled out and payment!! I wish all my interactions were this easy. Thank you Ethan would highly recommend!!👍
