Never have anything available for 55+ been looking for the past 4 years.

When I say the absolute worse this organization and website is a total waste of time!!! I even had an extremely bad experience with one of the customer service reps... seem like I woke her up in addition most of the apartments are for anyone who's looking to rent an apartment. You have to literally review every single property until you find properties that are 55 plus. For the most part all that you will find is a long list of standard apartment communities that allow anyone to move in as long as they qualify. And then they have a shortlist of Senior Communities nine out of 10 of them are for ages 62 and over. My recommendations is to not even waste your time not worth it. I take this back if you have time to waste and you want to review a bunch of apartments that are 62 Plus. or open to anyone to live in view this website!!!!! A total waste of time.

Nobody from pinellas heights senior apts got ever in touch with me. I send 3 emails and left several voicemails over the last 5 weeks. That is just the worst customer service ever!!!

I Loved how the Apartment Complex look.The fact it has elevators in the building thats very important to due no lifting for me.The area is nice place to live.I had back surgery again,why i probably missed the opportunity to moved 2018

This company took over After55 and wrecked the company. Seniors picked up After55's magazine in supermarkets and drug stores and they were a reliable source for leads. When they stopped printing, they wrongly assumed all readers would turn to the internet. No way 65+ seniors are going to search there. They completely lost their entire target market and advertisers - they literally trashed the company. Trying to work with them now? No way. Horrible customer service and response times. The company is too big and no one is accountable - they pass you from one person to another. Everyone in our community has cancelled and we do not foresee a resurrection of this company any time in the future.

I spent a LOT of time on your and other websites: yours was by far the easiest to navigate. Ralston House in Omaha was one of the first places I called, but had to go on the wait-list.
Yesterday I got the apartment!! So - thanks for all your help and having a website that even I could use without a lot of cussin' and fussin'!

The rental rates on the property websites are vastly different and much less expensive than the true rates. You don't find that out until the property manager responds to your inquiry. Really feels like a scam.

Additionally, they send you misleading emails, saying they're for one area when the apartments are all over the map. I finally unsubscribed.

Didn’t get an answer for any question I asked! I told you I am in Ohio and need the answers to the monthly fee an d property taxes as well as INTERIOR photons of the homes I picked out.
I told you I was very interested in one house and you didn’t even respond!
I’ll give you one more chance for me to change my mind and my rating.
I would like to see exterior and interior photos of any mfg. homes in a 55+ park called Lake Floral RV Park on Auburndale or possibly in Bartow.
I really would appreciate your help in finding a home so I can get it ready for the winter season.
