Better in the past
Have called customer service twice, on hold 11 minutes first time, 13 minutes second time. Recording said I could leave a message by pressing any number, but that would not work. I’m not happy with a purchase but can’t reach anyone.
I’ve had positive experiences with this company in the past. What has changed?

I made an error and thought I purchased a lab created diamond not a simulated diamond. I am disappointed but hope the company will stay true to their satisfaction guarantee. Read the product descriptions carefully so you don’t make an ordering mistake.

I purchased and engagement ring and needed before a trip I had planned ti propose to my fiancée. My ordered didn't look like it would get here on time before we left for our trip. The team at Agape went above and beyond to speed up the process and the ring arrived in time. Thank you very much for all you did to ensure it arrived on time. The ring is beautiful and I'm sure it will make someone very happy!

the designs are all beautiful and quality for a lab grown diamond are spectacular
I have always wanted a beautiful wedding set that makes a statement. The only stone I truly love are diamonds. Having purchased two previous styles I like knock out gorgeous but have short fingers and a budget that doesn't reflect wealthy. My best investment has been Agape and they guarantee the workmanship plus quality 100%.
