I placed an order..
I placed an order... after a few days I hadn't received a shipping notice, so I called and this is what I was told, "We NO LONGER have that product and we've refunded your money". I said, I never got an email and I've been waiting 5 days. The response, was "Well we tried to call you.

They specialize in hard to find parts.
We needed four specific seals, and it seemed that no one in our shop could find them locally or online. After entering the part number in a search, they popped up in this store. We ordered four but initially, they only sent two. A phone call is all it took to clear up the confusion, and we received the other two in short order. They fit perfectly in our application and we will certainly keep AgCRAZY in mind for future seals and bearings that we need.

Package had shipping damage / resolved quickly.
The package had shipping damage and parts missing. Not their fault! They listened and researched. They got back to me a day later with the plan to ship the missing parts. They arrived the next day. No hassle at all.
