Received the order sooner than I…
Received the order sooner than I thought. It was part of my order but not everything. So I emailed them and got a response right away. It was ordered wrong and so they ordered me the correct parts, which arrived 2 days later. They told me I didn't have to return the first order since it was their mistake. Very polite and helpful thought it all.

The Lube Filter arrived in great time BUT
The Lube Filter arrived in great time. The only thing not so good was the magnet on the inside top was broke into many pieces.
I removed it and took the one from the old filter (which was still in good shape) and replaced them. I sure it wasn't free, and would have been really upset if the old one was broke and I would have had to wait for a week or so to get a new one.

Chris,
It was good to talk to you today. I'm really sorry for how haywire your order went. The vendor shipped your items but failed to notify us of that. Then that shipment got damaged and returned and needed to be reshipped which was a very unfortunate turn of events. According to UPS, your package is in transit and will deliver April 20. I apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our end. I hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
