Age Care Bathrooms Avis

A great, no-fuss company. We had our old bath removed and a 'Wet Deck' installed in its place. All the necessary work was clearly explained up front and then executed within the stated time (2 days) by our installer Lee, who worked like a Trojan. The quality of the work is top-notch and we're enjoying our new 'Wet Deck'.

The quality of work was first class the job was started on time and was finished on time if i was asked i would recommend you to friends regards John

Age Care Bathrooms provided excellent service throughout the process of initial discussions around installation right up to completion of the bathroom (and beyond). Every time my 90 year old Dad uses the bathroom, he comments on what an excellent job the installers made of it and how easy the bathroom is for him to use. Many thanks for making his and our lives so much easier.

Both Harry the bathroom fitter and Harry the electrician worked really hard to get everything finished in a day, which they did! They also had suggestions and went over and above the brief to ensure the bathroom looked spot on. Thank you.

This was a walk in bath and shower for my elderly parents. Mum chose the bath. They arrived on the date scheduled and Scott was amazing, even helping with things way outside of his remit (like helping take picture off walls so the new equipment wouldn't damage anything). Work all completed on time and tidied. It looks great and my mum and dad love it.

Very happy with the whole process and the finished result. Jono worked really hard and an urgently needed accessible shower was installed efficiently to an excellent standard

I emailed Age Care Bathrooms to ask for advice on having a seat fitted in my shower room. No reply. Instead I am receiving unsolicited ‘newsletters’ from them for marketing purposes. My enquiry about having a seat fitted remains unanswered at least a month after I sent it. My confidence in this company has been reduced despite the good ratings and I still need a seat!

Great communication before during and after installation. All very professional and I would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms

What an amazing difference Age Bathrooms have made to my life. With mobility problems I have been unable to get in and out of a bath for years, now joy oh joy I can soak in a walk in bath, with a spa feature too. I just love it. Thank you to the team who made this possible, they were great, having to work in such a small space, they were so tidy, clean and helpful I do thank them most sincerely for the job they did, and leaving everything so clean and tidy.

Before I came out of hospital from a serious Stroke,my brother contacted Age Care bathrooms to create an accessible bathroom for me in what was previously a spare room downstairs …… everyone he dealt with was polite & professional and, after a couple of site visits, the work was completed to a very high standard within 4 days …….

After a poor job by an inexperienced fitter, Age Care put it right as soon as they were able with suitable financial adjustment.

From first contact to completion of installation - a smooth, uncomplicated process. Installation was timely and very well done by Lee

My mother had a walk-in-bath fitted in June as it had become difficult getting in and out a normal bath. Whoever we came into contact within the company were all very professional, any question was answered swiftly, an exceptionally personal service and very courteous to my mother. The work was carried out extremely efficiently, tided up afterwards, ensured we knew how it worked once work complete. We did have one query afterwards as to the mechanisms of the heat control tap which we hadn’t fully understood and Amanda, as always took time in explaining it to us. My Mother is extremely happy with her new bath, has enjoyed using it and being able to have a proper bath once more. Thank you team! We would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms .

The workmen were excellent. They tried their very best to accommodate aur need for an early start. The work is done to an excellent standard. We appreciated their cleanliness once all was completed. The bathroom in an improvement on what we had previously in every way.

Lovely, helpful and honest team,
They were very straight forward with the info, no hidden cost at all, very very helpful to be surveyed during the consultation, this eased away any issues,
Would highly recommend

I had Age Care Bathrooms do a walk in shower for my Father. From the initial contact to request a brochure to completion, we have been very impressed with the the care and quality shown.
The quotation was done on time and in a timely manner. Dealings with Amanda and Niamh at the office were excellent. The actual quote and design render was all to a high professional standard. Paul, the fitter, turned up on time and worked continuously.
There was some slight remedial work identified after, but to Age Care's credit, they responded promptly, and had arranged for someone to come out and rectify. No stars deducted for this, as appreciate some things can happen, and they did not hesitate to sort, which is another good sign of the company attitude and care towards its customers.
We're really impressed with the end result and would definitely recommend.

Prompt arrival.
Organised and clean, tidy and hard working and considerate and polite .
Always had a toilet over night and during the daytime.
We are very pleased with our bathroom transformation.
Owen and Andy are very experienced renovators with an attention to detail.

From the start it all seemed to be an easy and quick process. The only complaint I would make is that the quote came in without VAT, which made it seem it would be at a great price, and I had to call to get the quote including VAT. It does say that on the bottom but I thought it should have been included.

We had a wet room fitted that met all our needs. It's just we wanted gave our bathroom a touch of luxury and a great feel. The guys that fitted it were excellent, left everything clean and tidy could not fault them.

This company was highly efficient. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Toilet was only out of action a few hours. Great job by there fitter, not the easiest of jobs working on larth and plaster wall in a small space. Thank you well done!!!
