I thought it was great to receive the phone call from Nish initially as I, after a lot of going around in circles and thinking I was off the system, to receive the call was terrific. I had no idea where to start again. I was issued a package but somehow was not on the system any more.
Aged Care Choices made the whole process so much easier to navigate. The information provided was clear, comprehensive, and exactly what we needed during a stressful time. It took a huge weight off our shoulders. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for aged care options.
The consultant was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and prompt in coming up with three potential Home Care providers for us to consider, along with some brief reasons for. We interviewed two of those, along with a couple of others. In the end we selected one of the providers recommended by Aged Care Choices, and are happy with our choice.
