Kate, my stylist was wonderful. The reason I give it a four-star’s is because the subscription charge was $49 a month, so I canceled after the trial period. If you do get the trial. I recommend utilizing it. I had a great session with Kate although you only get one per month, I’ve found some stuff on my own with their inspiration.

Grace was great
Grace was great, only reason I have 4 is because the app sent me 100 emails - not exaggerating, that I had an appointment the next day, and three that I had an appointment today. I was confused so missed my appointment as I didn’t know how to contact anyone to confirm. Thankfully Grace honoured my appointment today at a different time or I would have been waiting tomorrow. I think the app needs to provide more info on what exactly to expect for your $49.99 USD fee, Other than that - looking forward to my next appointment, which is my “Look Session”( you get one of these with each month’s subscription fee, not entirely sure what to expect to receive in the session or how long it is, but I have faith.)
