I was hesitant about agency ad accounts but after Meta blacklisted my billing method I found Aurora and decided to engage their agency account services, I was very happy with the level of support, reliability and spent over $300K USD in ad spend using their service. I would highly recommend to anybody requiring agency ad accounts for their business to enagage them!

Aurora provides a really solid service. Reasonably priced, they're incredibly transparent with pricing, and their support is top-notch. My account representative, Ferdi, is especially great and we thoroughly enjoy working with him. Any time we have had any sort of issue with the service, I have an adequate response and solution within 24 hours. Genuinely can't recommend them enough.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I joined after being told clearly that they “support all niches” and that I could run campaigns on Taboola—I even asked this question before depositing funds. As soon as I made my initial top-up of $1,000, the story suddenly changed. They claimed Taboola “doesn’t allow it” and acted as if they never said it was possible, even though I had asked them directly.

But now say the refund will take up to 7 working days

No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism

The whole experience felt misleading and careless. If a company cannot stick to its own promises or communicate honestly, it’s a major red flag. I would strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before depositing any money with them.

Have been using aurora for almost a year now, they have good ad accounts, their support team is great. My account manager Dom always helps with any issues and problems get resolved asap. Would definitely recommend their service

They provide high quality AD accounts that basically allow you to have more flexibility in terms of approvals.

Just beware, unless you're spending a lot on AD spend the fees can get quite expensive.

300$ per month + 3% for topping up, another 2-3% taken out for stripe fees (if you're using a debit card), and another 2-3% if your bank charges fees for international payments.

It's a lot - but take the right steps you can minimize it significantly. Even down to 0% if you're spending enough with them. Overall good AD account as backup & for testing.

I have been using Auroras ad account service for half a year with no issues. All accounts are perfect and dont get blocked by meta. Definitely worth the cost if you are running ads to make money anyways. Each client has a personal assistant on whatssap so you never need to use email for support.
