DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. It is a complete scam. In October of 2023 I purchased a Guardian G2 to be used here in Canada. No problem with customer support, they answered all my questions promptly...until I received my phone. It turns out that the phones are locked and do not have the capability of receiving MMS messages on the Telus network. Telus gave me the information I needed to change the carrier for mms messages (called APN), and this phone is locked to one method only. AGM gave me instructions on how to change the APN on the phone, but with the software installed I couldn't. finally, they wanted me to send it back to China to check it out themselves. They now have my phone and I have sent at least 20 emails requesting my phone back or a refund, as we are now into the middle of July 2024. It almost appears that there was some type of spyware locked into the phone that they didn't want removed, but I am not certain. I have dealt with companies in China many times before and have never, EVER encountered such unethical business dealings from that country. All I know is that they have my $1250.00 CAD, and my phone, and wont reply.
DO NO, DO NOT DO NOT buy an AGM phone from this company.

AGM gt2 Guardian is a scam.
Do not buy from this manufacturer.
Within a month a had a lot of problems.1. There is something wrong with the charging point on the phone. The flat pin that sticks out where you connect your charger, is a bit loose. If I want to connect the original charging cable on the phone, the cable will not connect with the phone to charge. So I have bought another charging cable of the same kind. But strangely the newly bought charging cable will not make contact with the phone. I tested the new cable on other devices, and it works just fine. So apparently there is something wrong with the phone’s charging point and also the original charger it self.
2. The Fingerprint button does not work anymore. It just stopt functioning. And also after rebooting my phone it was no longer available to use. According to AGM Custumer service this is a hardware issue. I also think this is the problem.
3. The Thermic camera. Wich I really like, because I can see my Dogo Argentino’s walk in the dark. Sometimes the picture is clear. But sometimes it is not clear. Also after autofocus.
4. The screensaver needs replacement, it has a crack/punctior on the right upper side.
5. The battery is drained quit fast. Wich I find remarkable, because it has a bigger capacity than my old phone. My gt2 Guardian has a capacity of 7000 Mah. My old phone had 6000Mah. But it still lastet longer than my GT2 Guardian. And I use exactly the same apps. Can you please look into what this could be?
6. I have opened a account on the website of AGM. However, if I want to log in to my account. The website tells me that my account does not exist. My account has just vanished. Can you please tell how this is possible? And can you please retrieve my account on the website?

As you can see, a lot of problems with a mobil phone. AGM service told me in a e-mail that my phone would be back with me with in 2 weeks. I have send it in on april 3th 2024. And to this day, thursday 8th of june 2024 it has still not been returned. AFGM has lied.
They have send me al sorts of excuses, including lies that my screen was broken, nut it was not broken when i send it in. I ask if they would give me the warranty by e-mail. But they do not react at all. They proposed to give me what they call a 90% openbox. This is a phone that has been retured by a custumor that was not satisfied with the phone. But how can i be sure this is a new phone as they claim?
And they will not give me a new warranty if i would accept their proposal. That is just rude, a new phone means a new warranty. It looks like a scam to force you into accepting a new phone with old warranty, so that a new problem would cost you as a paying costumor more money for repairs. Now i have no phone, no clearity about my phone that has been gone for months. I ask them to gibve me back my money, but they do not even answer me. They give very selective reactions, and it can take more than a week before they answer.
DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Because it is a Chnise company, the custumor laws from your own country and europe do not apply to them. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM AGM IT IS A SCAM!!!

Mein AGM Glory, welches als besonder robust beschrieben wurde, wies nach kürzester Zeit diverse technsiche Defekte auf (Mikrofone / Lautsprecher).

Die Kamera ist ohnehin nahezu unbrauchbar.
Lediglich der Support ist noch schlechter als die Qualität.

Der Support reagiert träge und stellt keine akzeptablen / realistischen Lösungsmöglichkeiten in Aussicht (Smartphone einsenden und mininmal 4 Wochen warten).

I have an AGM x3, got a few years out of it, camera wasn't great nor was finding reception. The phone camera and few apps related to it had stopped working so I factory reset it, now won't read any Sim card and is losing connection to wifi so is totally unusable. AGM service are not replying to me at all so I will leave this review telling people to not buy from them because I won't be buying another as that is terrible service not service.

I bought the G2 guardian pro which is AGM top line infrared phone but it broke down and stopped working after less than 2 months and after contacting AGM I wS ignored and received no care at all inspite of being in the guarantee

Der support ist nicht sehr hilfreich, zuerdt wurde mir geraten das telefon selber zu reparieren und man würde mir die Teile zuesenden, das anleitungsvideo war dabei (dazu brauxht man natürlich auch das Equipment und dacon abgesehen bin ich kein Smartphone Techniker...) also habe ich das abgelehnt, darauf bei einer Reparatur ging das Telefon zu einem AGM Techniker in Holland und kam in einem katastrophalen zustand zurück, daraufhin wurde das Gerät dann durch ein gebrauchtes ausgetauscht mit welchem es auch probleme gab, darauf das ich dann eine Rückabwicklung des Kaufvertrags verlangt habe gab es dann keine Antwort mehr, ich sitze jetzt auf einem 700€ Schrotthaufen bei dem sich mittlerweile das display gelöst hat...
Die ist auch alles durch den Mailverkehr nachweisbar.

Steer clear of this company, they state "1 year warranty" but when there's something wrong with the phone it'll take days before you get a reply, then God knows when they plan on repair or replacing the phone still waiting...

We contracted AGM to finish our basement and we are very happy to let everyone know how satisfied we are. A very wonderful experience indeed as trades are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and it really does show in the final outcome! To all potential homeowners looking to get the basement finished, we would say AGM is worth checking out!

Avoid like the plague. Terrible service. Poorly designed phone.

AGM Glory Pro. Poor phone quality. Antenna does not pickup signals very well - my wife Samsung gets signals when the AGM does not. Thermal camera keeps failing, requiring a factory reset to get it working again. AGM customer support is pathetic and refuses to deal with the thermal camera issue.

Update 01/09/23 . What a bunch of con artists. Raised a CC chargeback. They then reacted and said I could have a refund. Sent phone back, 48 hours tracked and signed for. They now deny receiving it!

Todo perfecto, compre un telefono a traves de amazon y el envio fue muy rapido. el movil funciona perfectamente y se nota que es duro. Ya se me ha caido unas cuantas veces y aguanta como el primer dia.

Rugged phone company from Europe. Good service and famous in the area. I like the infrared camera phone from this company and the main camera is super.

Great outdoor smartphone company, I'm an outdoor worker and this rugged phone is great for outdoor use, and I bought one each for my parents and they love it too. Their customer service on the official website replied very fast I wrote the email and they helped me in 2 hours.

There's no company phone number on the website. And after waiting a week I have not received any shipping information except for an order number. No tracking number. This is a miserable website in a very doubtful company due to the professionalism and lack of

Absolutely don't buy anything they made! It's rubbish! They say their products are ultra durable while they aren't at all. I bought an AGM X1 MINI. System was rooted, there was some malware in it, camera was broken and very poor, phone was refurbished (sold as a new one) and finally, after 2 months of struggling, display broke up while thumb picking on a screen!!! Seller neither do producer didn't try to fix this problem. They even didn't answer the e-mails I've sent. Rubbish phones, no contact and any will to cooperate. Waste of time and money. I sent this crap to seller because they told me they'll fix it due to warranty terms. After they get it they told me I have to pay for a new display. I said NO. It's been 4 months ago and I still don't know where my phone is and what is happening with it.

Llevo un mes esperando el producto, parece ser que esta perdido y nadie quiere tomar responsabilidades en el asunto.

Buscando en internet veo que hay mucha gente esperando el articulo comprado y nunca llega.
